Food was good .

Morning around 8 request were can check out little late to hangout she said no you have to check out in time and the way she spoke was up to mark . Afternoon when check out the staff Selvina was very polite and she said you can hangout till evening by the time we have booked the boat and my family was rushing out from the spa to catch the boat

I got a sea view room away from the pool to avoid the noise The room was nice, clean and comfy most odd the time The view was amazing Pool was nice and good to chill The breakfast buffet was diverse The beach was nice and clean

Since it’s located away from the mainland, then we were restricted on their food menu which was limited and with high prices Music could be heard from the room specially when the live music starts in restaurants

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel this week, though there are a few aspects I believe could be improved. The restaurant service, in particular, lacked the level of attentiveness and care one would expect from an establishment of this standard. That said, I must highlight the pastry selection, which was truly exceptional — both in flavour and presentation. I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to Chef Naresh Angadi for his kindness and professionalism. His presence genuinely elevated the overall dining experience. Lastly, the reception process was noticeably slow. A more efficient check-in and check-out procedure would significantly enhance the guest experience. Thank you for the hospitality.

The room and the pool were amazing.

Long queue for coffee during breakfast but kudos to Sahid & Melvin who are very efficient.. too many mosquitoes at La Rive when we went for dinner. We were expecting more night activities apart from the discotheque but there was none. That's why we opted to check out a night earlier & took the last boat back to Dxb. There wasn't any pork bacon for breakfast & the hash brown was burnt. I was expecting a better breakfast than that, not even a Greek yoghurt. Mc Gettigans serve a better breakfast. Some of your staff don't even know what a low calorie sweetener is because it wasn't available at the table & my husband is diabetic, kudos to Melvin who came to the rescue.

Great hotel in a unique location. Everything was clean and well set out with ground staff seemingly working all hours to keep everything spruced up. Staff were very friendly and professional. Great sunbeds and free towels. Shower in room was amazing. Trip from the centre of Dubai by boat was the icing on the cake. Despite other reviews, we did not find the music too loud and we are in our sixties.

Captive audience means you are at the mercy of pricing. Meals were quite expensive but alcohol was incredibly expensive - £100 for a bottle of wine. No shop on site so you are snookered unless you just drink water. Buffet dinner was expansive but some of the warming trays were inefficient meaning some courses were only just warm.

We really enjoyed the pool and the party vibe, but also that you could relax. The staff were all really nice and helpful and the breakfast was 10/10! The room as well was so comfy and had everything you need.

We didn’t like that we couldn’t bring our own snacks on to the island and the restaurant prices were quite high. Also, the organisation of ordering a taxi for when you depart the island wasn’t great.

The staff was very accommodating and very friendly. The location and the facilities were nice, as it's a new place may find more facilities added during the days to come. Overall, it was a nice outing.

Require to have more water sports. Also, the guard on the day we went was not interested. He should be more friendly which we did not find he was. Also, even though you had more staff during the breakfast, the requirements were not met on time, either the ordered stuff was not delivered or delivered late. Suggest having more varieties for breakfast.

Great experience while it is affordable. Had a wonderful weekend with friends. Food was ahhhmazing (kudos to the chef/s) and thanking all the lovely staff who assisted us all throughout the stay. Music DJs has brilliant set of playlists so two thumbs up :D

Our room was next to the pool.. music was really good until waking up in morning with the annoying Arabic music that one of the guest is playing. As if we are in mosque or burial. even trying to crowd out the DJs ongoing music. If I may suggest, not to let the guests play their own music in the pool since we already have great DJ music playing...

I loved how clean and nice it is. It’s an experience to go by the boat and sleep in the island. It was me and my bestfriend and it was such a nice getaway. all in all it was super relaxing and we had a quality time together!

Since they did not do the grand opening yet, there werent a lot of people even though we went on a holiday. It’s definitely a “party” island since there’s music until 3 am and the bar closes at 6 am. But there weren’t any people for it to be a party.

Then luxury feel of going to an island via yacht and they have good hotel room amenities.

They don’t have any other facilities like gym or indoor entertainment in case of emergencies like having storm during our stay. Food and drinks are too expensive and buffet is only during weekends.
