Beautiful location, friendly staff, and amazing housekeeping crew.

The weekend crew kinda pestered my guest , calling up to my room and giving a bad vibe about them giving there ID when all week they had no issue and they new who an where they was going so unsure why it became an issue.

It was an amazing experience, the hotel is new and clean, the staff members are super polite and friendly, they do their best to provide guests with the best services. We appreciate a lot the attention to small details, for example, in the suite there are a lot of small clues on how to open the shower cabin, where to find hair dryer and so on. On the room cleaning they left us a bookmark as a gift. At the beach we were provided with complimentary ice cream and so on. All these small details made us feel welcome and comfortable, it was really nice. We would be glad to come again

The sounds of hundreds of crows nonstop from early morning till sunset. No sound insulation between rooms, so you will hear everything or any sound in the next room, so you can't sleep. The breakfast buffet was terrible and awful. I do not recommend it at all.

The property is well maintained, it is like new . The signature scent is there. Facilities are in very good condition. The staff from the reception are very accommodating and friendly. Conceirge is very attentive as well. Offers help even if dont need any. Staff call us twice to check if we need anything.

This was my 12th visit. All perfect and fantastic as usual. The staff are great, gentle, hospitable, and ready to serve you at all times.

The food menu needs to be changed, it is the same since opening. The hotel hosted a group for one night during a weekend, of junior male workers from a construction company maybe, they were making noise in the pool and starring in most females around and acting in a low class. some of them were swiming in their clothes. I understand the fact of getting any business during the low season however this might impact other guests who are still paying high rates and coming back. It might also impact negatively the reputation f the resort...

Our stay at VIDA Beach Resort Umm Al Quwain was truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. One of the highlights was how they celebrated my son Sultan's first birthday — they surprised us with a lovely cake and made it such a memorable moment for our family. We also appreciated the complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The views were stunning, the room was spacious and beautifully designed, and the beach access was perfect for relaxing with the family. What truly stands out is the warm hospitality and attention to detail from the team — every interaction was filled with genuine care. We are grateful for such a wonderful experience and will definitely return again soon

We booked a sea view room and was upgrade into 1 bedroom and was given a discount :) The property is well maintained and spotless! It is also sustainable and eco friendly, with the reusable bottles, we don’t have to ask for another bottle as they provided enough. Key cards are made of wood/bamboo maybe which is cool. They provide a complete vanity kit and very generous with the towels. The hotel has a nice infinity pool though we did not used it as there’s a lot of children, hope they have a separate for adults. Beach was so so.

We enjoyed our weekend stay at the Vida Beach Resort Umm Al Quwain. The property is located on a quiet, secluded portion of Umm Al Quwain's coastline. The calm waters make for a family friendly private beach experience where many guests were comfortable to let their young children play in the water under the watchful eyes of a vigilant lifeguard team. The hotel itself was very clean, modern and has a nice breakfast spread at Origins with a great live omelette station. The staff were professional, attentive and were keen to accommodate our requests. Would recommend to friends and families looking for a peaceful getaway on the beach and will definitely return some day.

Very supportive staff who were able to assist from the moment I arrived as I had an issue with my car just before arrival. I also got a nice upgrade from the one suite bedroom to the chalet for a very good price and it was absolutely worth it! The chalet was nestled in a quiet part of the hotel with private beach access and beautiful view of the trees and a beach . The front desk from Mohammed to Baha and the manager made my stay absolutely wonderful. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Just a simple feedback that the chalet needed a place to wash your feet before you enter the villa - as your feet can get very sandy - which they said it’s in the process of fixing. Another point, the sea wasn’t very clean there was some plastic and trash from nearby construction and I would recommend a morning clean up to make the experience more enjoyable for the guests .

The hotel is still new - only 4 years old - so everything was still top notch. We booked seaview rooms but there was no interconnecting room available. The manager, was accommodating enough to show me the partial sea view room which is interconnecting before I made my decision - this kind of service, going the extra mile to ensure we would like the accommodation. When I called, the reception, they greeted me by my name - attention to detail! This small actions, really made our stay memorable. As we were lounging by the pool (before lunchtime) there was a staff who was giving away free ice cream lollies! Such a nice gesture to all the guests.

The breakfast option was quite limited, maybe they can add more Asian food. There was a queue in the egg station as well, since there was only one chef, to avoid this they could add more staff especially during weekends when there are a lot of guests.
