Everything, the room, the high ceilings, the beds, the rooftop pool, the convenience, the shower and the view from the 8th floor = pretty amazing. The perfect location in the heart of town close to public transport, Amtrak and Flixbus is just a wonderful bonus. Also a big thanks to Ethan the valet who helped me out of the kindness of his heart with fixing my glasses. I appreciate the hospitality and will definitely come back.

I got lucky to be there on a day where the clubs closed pretty early, otherwise it would have been a totally different experience. Make sure you check their open hours before booking.

The location is convenient. We called for extra towels and not more than 4 minutes later, staff came with towels. Eventhough it was in a loud downtown spot, we did not hear any noise when we were in the room. Very well soundproofed. Clean, comfortable.

It was nice there was a parking garage attached but it is an extra charge per day. The hotel key didn't work every time we wanted to exit the garage so we had to press the button for assistance to be let out. Itd be nice if we got clear instructions on how to use it before check in.

Convenient location to the university and walking to restaurants and bars.

The parking key pass never worked, so you had to call for service every time you come back or leave. There is not real closet or drawers to put your things. There are also minimal electrical outlets. For coffee maker and iron. Only by the desk or in between the beds which only work for plugging in your cell or ipad as there is no room for anything else.

Located downtown where all the fun is. Rooms and hotel are designed very nice.

The bed in the room I got was a little hard so my back was feeling it in the morning. The bathroom had some dirty spots on the ground and the bottom of the bathroom walls had dried up calcified liquid where towels get hung.

How woman friendly it was! Every space felt like it had a purpose and use for it and i appreciated that

What I didn’t like was no floor length mirrors!! Yall were doing sooo good! I couldn’t take outfit pictures because I couldn’t get a good full image of it in a mirror

Front Desk employees were excellent

Valet parking attendant was not helpful. No carts available when checking in or checking out for our luggage and personal items. Staff did nothing to remedy

Very nice rooms - love the consistency of this brand, polite staff, and amazing breakfast.

The location was great for a quick stop, but there are options outside of the city if you want better desert views and enjoyment.

Very nice and spacious room. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful.

It is noisy. Staff provides earplugs. Not much else they can really do about it but it can be an issue for a light sleeper.

Location was excellent. Appreciated a friendly check-in from Armando who was very courteous and helpful.

The AC in the room was difficult to understand and would not properly work on the auto setting.

Everything was great and very happy with hotel. Only downside is way over charging during parents weekend 😕. It’s a very nice hotel but not a $500 a night hotel by any means,
