I really loved the way the rooms are designed, they give guests privacy.

Some things, like the kitchen, seemed to be in poor condition. The toilet in the bathroom didn't flush properly, and the bathtub didn't work very well either. I didn't find any extra dishes or plastic bags for the trash. My reservation was for 6 adults and I only found 1 bowl (plate )and a 1 single fork. Again it was a reservation for 6 adults and we only found 4 towels to use, at the reception I asked for extra towels and blanket which I never received. We found garbage bags in the closet and we left them there. We also found pans inside where the AC unit was and left them there. They need more cleaning and details to be corrected so their units look better.

Great location. Like the style of hotel, did get this time a one bedroom, but I have used the two bedroom before and they are great. Breakfast was good, changing an item in the hot menu any other day. Coffee always good. If you are new to Sonesta, they only do room cleaning service once a week, so if this is Ok for you then you are fine.

They are now charging $5 dollars for parking each day. This was new to me, indeed was mentioned in the policies section, but pre-pandemic they didnt use to charge for parking. Outside the room was a bit messy due to the trees, we stayed 4 nights and there was no maintenance.

I liked having a small kitchen with all the essentials if we needed it. Bed was very comfortable. Location of the hotel was great from where I was meeting family. Close to a lot of restaurants.

The bathroom with the toilet and shower were a little tight. Perhaps a pocket door would have been a better use than then the door that swung into the bathroom. I requested a fireplace, but I didn't realize that I would have to pay for the wood in addition to the additional cost of getting the fire place.

The person that helped me at check in was great she was very nice and helpful. The rooms are large and it was quiet.

I did not have enough towels and the bed wasn’t made properly….. I had no real sheets and one of them was dirty so I took it off of the bed and just slept without it. The tv looked like it was going out because it has several black lines down the screen which made it not the best to watch. I wasn’t given a privacy please door sign and they kept on trying to come in my room while I was sleeping but had the lock on it so they couldn’t get in….. I was leaving right at check out and then cleaning lady was a little rude and was rushing me out and staring at me getting my stuff and watching me take it to the car.

I have accessibility issues and the room was perfectly situated. The room was clean and comfortable. When I say clean, I mean everything was spotless. The staff was exceptional, especially Roberta at the front desk and Crystal the breakfast attendant/front desk. Both of them bent over backwards to make sure all the guests were happy. If I owned my own business, I would hire the both of them immediately.

A little more information could be posted in the laundry room. It would be nice to have the coins and the soap available there.

There wasn’t enough food/coffee for us when we arrived for breakfast around 730 through 9am. On Christmas Day, we had been told it was a pick up and go breakfast but they offered a sit in breakfast only. When we inquired about the pick up breakfast, the girl at the front had a bad attitude.

It was my first time staying at Sonesta, and I had a great relaxed time there, and breakfast was so great from the bagels and danishes to the bacon & eggs. A cup of coffee then a glass of OJ just topped it off. Thank you for the excellent svcs.

My stay was too short, I would of liked to stay more than 2 days, that is how comfortable I was. I felt I was in my own home, and being able to cook in the lovely kitchenette made it more cozy.

I was amazed by the large space. The amenities are well thought out as they also provide necessities to use said amenities ( ie pots for the stove).

My only gripe is that there were not enough hangers and paper products and the pillows were non existent. Although they provide more paper towels / toilet paper upon request, it would have been nice to have a couple extra rolls already in the room . The pillows are so soft and empty - it's like they took a normal pillow and divided it into 4 cases.

We came late to the free breakfast, 8:55 it’s end at 9:00, they already took away the plates, they gave us some angry, we took the food we can, I understand we were late, but they preferred throw away the food, the cleaning person start with de juice, shame
