The breakfast was the best I’ve had in hotels and I travel quite a bit.

The parking garage was difficult to enter and exit. At one point every space was taken which left little room to maneuver. With no room to spare I slowly turned my wheel and heard the crunch of the back door being destroyed the day before heading for home we didn’t expect to be dealing with insurance company and rental car business. It left me thinking I would not stay there again. That’s so sad because everything else was so positive. All the workers were polite and friendly and accommodating. The room was lovely and comfortable but the parking garage left a lot to be desired! Mrs. Patten

I loved everything about the property. I have stayed in the past both in nice all inclusive resorts and in more simple hostels and hotels 2 stars etc. This was great for a 3-star hotel, breakfast had many options to choose from among proteins [each day they had a different meat, bacon/sausage links/patties/ham) bread and waffles, some fruit selection, cereal etc] pretty decent variety. The star of breakfast though was Scott, the elegant, down to earth, charismatic and energetic gentleman that was efficiently tidying up and cleaning in no time, conducting friendly conversations with guests while providing top service. All the staff were very friendly from breakfast to the kitchen and cleaners. I recommend 100% and will come back. Location is excellent as well.

We stayed twice and had excellent rooms both times. The second time the room opened out to the pool side which was great. All staff were helpful. The hotel is just a minute's walk to the beach and about a ten minute walk to the paddle steamer tour.

The hotel is located ~3 min to the beach (we expected it to be on the beach) which in 90+ weather was a challenge for the kids and old folks as the beach is VERY wide. The breakfast was absolutely awesome! There was something for every age and likes from scrambled eggs to waffles, bacon and sausage, corned beef hash to cereals, yogurt, juices, good coffee, breads and rolls and lots more. The room was a good size and the beds were soooooo comfortable. No trouble falling asleep there. The pillows were comfy and plentiful. Good hotel for the $$ And the staff was very accomodating and pleasant too!

Nothing everything was okay. The parking $$$$ was a little steep. There should be no charge if you are a guest. The TV reception in our room was awful; it kept pixelating every minute and made watching annoying and almost impossible.

The staff!! Location so close to the marina and beach. The hotel was so clean. So happy there were food options available. Scott at the breakfast was so sweet. LOVED talking to him so attentive to all of the guests. I was glad to get this survey because i wasn’t sure we would see him and i was going to leave a note. Alex was also sweet. Running food and tending the bar. We will DEFINITELY come back when in Ft. Lauderdale again. And the housekeeping staff so nice.

Robert and other guy on Reception were very helpful and efficient on check in. No queues. They helped me with emails and printing off my cruise luggage tags and lent me cellotape and scissors.

I dropped something under the bed and had to pull out the bed to retrieve it. The dust was shocking!!! I also found a child’s small rugby ball under the middle table, which I left there. The bedrooms carpets obviously need a good spring clean NOW! The beds were very comfortable with lovely clean fresh sheets. Bathroom was spotless with plenty of towels.

The location of the beach was great. Access about 300ft away. Many restaurants and stores up the road are about a 5 min walk. Front desk staffing was very good. We arrived early morning and they stored our luggage so we could wonder around the area. They sent a txt message when our room was ready. Room was a good size and had all the usual amenities.

The only issues we had was that the air conditioner blew directly on our bed, and the beds were on the double size of Queen Size. The beds should have been a bit bigger for a real Queen Size.

Room was good size with view of the pool so I could keep an eye out and tan on the balcony. Pool towels and noodles available. Very hot water in the shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash attached to wall/ blow dryer. Breakfast was alright; the best part was the waffles. Friendly bar tender & Security helped take vacation photos. Location close to our destination and used Uber to airport. Everything within walking distance restaurants, beach access, and beach shops/ clubs. Nicely decorated.

Can hear conversations in other rooms including cleaning crew. Elevator not too slow and water did have tinge of yellow. Not deal breakers.

Very friendly staff. Very accommodating. Shout Out to Robert at front desk, he was very nice. Great location and clean. Breakfast was basic but good.

Could use a some renovating, for example, the A/C vents leak from the sealing when you enter the property which doesn’t look good. And the room service should not make so much noise in the mornings opening and closing room doors, they start very early -7am- and people are on vacation, should keep that in mind.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and I loved the color scheme, very fresh and beachy. It was only a couple minute walk to the beach . I especially loved the terrace to relax on and the water features around the pool. Lovely, helpful staff as well.

Have coffee, hot water available 24/7 in the lobby. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed in lately that didn’t have that option. As an early riser, I sat on the terrace reading for hours until they opened breakfast and I could get a cup of coffee. Also would have liked to borrow beach chairs for a bit. The pool closes at 8p which is a good two hours too early in my book.
