Full kitchen with 2 bedrooms and bath , jacuzzi and pool , fire pit and BBQ and a full work out 💪 room and free breakfast and we got a ground floor room

Wall was a little thin could hear neighbor telling wife to turn over she was snoring lol 😂

I liked that everything in the room was clean and modern. Breakfast buffet had many choices, staff never disappoints. Swimming pool and bench area was nice, there was a cool mini basketball court too.

It was an apartment style complex, you can hear what others in the room next to you or across from you are doing. But at the same time gave a little bit of comfort that you needed a key card to get into building/ get near your room door.

I stayed at the Sonesta ES Fresno in early August 2025 and had an absolutely exceptional experience. My room was wonderful – spacious, comfortable, and with a shower that was perfectly warm and relaxing. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast. I was warmly welcomed and served by Carrie and Laura, who truly went above and beyond. They prepared fresh pancakes for me right on the spot, topped with the perfect combination of syrup and pecans – a delicious surprise to start the day. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care in making sure I had everything I needed made the experience unforgettable. Thank you, Carrie and Laura, for turning a great stay into a truly memorable one. I will definitely be coming back!

Good facilities. Clean room. Comfy bed. Nice toiletries. Staff excellent. Nice linen. Breakfast was ok. Teenage kids enjoyed Breakfast.

Not much really. Overnight stop. Could do with more fresh fruit choices.

The Sonesta Inn and Staff were a wonderful bunch.....from the Reception to the Breakfast Servers. Our two little puppies had a grand time seeing other pups on property as well. The Inn is a little off of the mainstream so, surroundings are quiet. There isn't much in the way of 'views' hiwever there are beautiful and large Redwood trees around to see. The accommodations are modern-ish and large Very clean. Thank you Sonesta.....we will return if ever visit Family in Fresno coming from the Monterey Bay! 😇

The pool was non-operational at the time and no notice to guests about it beforehand....boo-hoo!

The staff was welcoming and accommodating. Coffee was available in office at all hours. The pool and hot tub was open and available to swim well into the month of October, the out door fire pit lounging and bbq area were as well this was a huge plus for me. This isn't a party hotel which was important for me as I had my one year old nevertheless my husband and I were able to enjoy ourselves with a nightcap next to the fire pit to end our night.

Housekeeping isn't available everyday for free you have to pay a $10 fee for housekeeping. They only do 1 free cleaning once a week not good for customers like me that stayed for over 2 weeks. The room had a full kitchen and living room, I have a one year old so my floors needed cleaning everyday but a $10 fee was not reasonable for me I ended up purchasing my own vacuum from the local Walmart near by. Other than that this hotel was the best in Fresno and I would highly recommend it. I definitely will be staying again in the future.

The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was great, the location was peaceful, the staff were very attentive and kind, and this will be my primary hotel when I travel to Fresno. Also the pool is heated and the jacuzzi gets really hot. I like that the patio had a grill and a fireplace. The rooms were extremely clean, I had a one bedroom suite and the room was spacious. The hotel has very inexpensive prices for their rooms considering how much they offer. Even the pull out couches were comfortable per my kids.

Great location, breakfast is pretty good and the bed and pillows are so comfy. The bed could have used a blanket that is a little thicker but it was fine. The a/c works great and that is a big thing for me. Most of the staff was very friendly.

As soon as you walk into the room there is an overwhelming smell of urine and continues into the restroom. That’s my only complaint.

This hotel is not standard, it is clearly better than most similar ones in their class. We had a fully new room, with a full kitchenincluded. The night stands have sockets as well as 2 usb outlets, which is perfect for charging. The TV is big and has all kind of channels available. The furniture is new. The bed is comfortable. REALLY outstanding is the breakfast, besides the standard things they have a pan cake machine and the full highlight is the taco station, this is just great.

The AC started in the middle of the night, even though it was turned off. Besides that we were able to hear our neighbors above our room quite a lot
