I liked the friendly staff. As well as the breakfast and dinner served. I also liked the thoroughness of housekeeping. Last but not least I give points for the swimming pool. Overall it was a comfortable stay and the room was clean and well-kept.

I didn't like how loud the fire alarm was when the smoke detector went off while I was asleep in the middle of the night. I also didn't like how after the alarm was supposedly silenced, it went off again a few minutes later. As a result I didn't get a good night's rest during my first night at the hotel.

Clean and quiet room - well sound-proofed from the neighbors. Good blackout curtains. The thermostat worked to turn the heat down for sleeping. Good access from the highway and within a short walk of a friendly Mexican restaurant. The breakfast was available early in the morning.

The breakfast selections were limited but the dining room staff was cheerful and helpful. More fruit - bananas, berries, muesli and granola would have been nice. Orange juice was available on request. We needed enough food to get us going and on the road early, and the breakfast was good enough for that.

From the parking lot to the lobby everything was so clean, literally just nature doing it's thing but other than that just a sparkling lobby and it smelled fresh too. My room was a bit more spacious than what a standard 2 queen size room is. the bathroom was spotless and the room felt clean. The bathroom was also stocked with a GOOD shampoo and conditioner, along with a hand soap and moisturizer for your hands on the sink!! Staff were always very helpful and friendly. Also free breakfast for my stay is always a bonus. Didnt get to visit the pool or spa cause it was cold but maybe next time. Even the little convenience store in the lobby was the cherry on top, they really thought of everything. This will definitely be on the top of my list next time I visit California.

I guess you could just say is that the beds could be a maybe a little bit more comfy but that could be just my preference, my parents slept like a baby!

The hotel bar and dining feature was a plus you don't have to travel for a meal. The rooms are neat and clean. Room service was attentive and kept the room well stocked. The parking is free, unlike some nearby hotels.

The front desk was not often available it was unattended more often than not. There wasn't a way to let them know in the office that someone was waiting for assistance at the desk. The front desk seemed overwhelmed, only manned by one person. I tried calling downstairs and never received a call back. The elevator smelled of mj for 2 days.

The staff was nice, especially in the restaurant area. We got there a little late for breakfast, but they still took amazing care of us with food options that offered variety. Well worth the price and convenience of having breakfast in the hotel as we were able to be on our way full and happy. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable.

We booked 5 people in our room but were only given two towels for the stay. Just was a minor inconvenience since we had to go back down to the lobby to get what we needed but it was taken care of quickly.

The facility inside and out was clean and personnel were kind

The issue with the room was the disinfectant that they used to clean. The disinfectant odor was so strong that it burns my eyes and cause my allergies to act up, I could not sleep at night because of the strong, strong smell of the disinfectant. Also, when I tried using the heater to keep the room warm, the AC unit would kick on after it reach the temperature I want it in the room would get cold, so I had to turn it off because it went from warm to cold. So between the strong disinfect and smell and room temperature hot to cold it was very very uncomfortable.

I chose this brand of hotel because of the quality expectations I have and that they are very often met or exceeds my expectations. The room was very clean, the bed is firm and comfortable. The furnishings are new is appearance and the room had a refrigerator and microwave.

the smell of marijuana in the hallways and elevators. I appreciate a smoke free hotel and as such it should be free of all types of smoke. I find the odor of marijuana as objectionable as cigarette or pipe tobacco.

Room was inviting and clean.

Some people were turned away from breakfast because they jaffna paid ahead. We felt that was an embarrassing way to inform them. They should have been told upon check-in. They said that is their policy, but some representatives must forget to advise people because they looked surprised and embarrassed.

The Staff was very professional and helpful. The hotel Very Quiet, Peaceful

Anyone could simply walk in front door and enter a floor. All Guests should have a key card at night with Security in the lobby. My first night a man walked in behind me Very rushed following me using my key card.. Also an intoxicated man was on my floor attempting to go into a room, after a few minutes I called the front desk, described him and she said he walked out and she immediately locked the front door and advised Security.

I like the facility. The layout of the front entrance in proximity to the handicap parking. The restaurant and bar were easily accessible from the inside and parking lot. There is plenty of parking close to town and the freeway. The room was small but had all of the amenities.

I needed help with my bags and did not find anyone to help staff or at the desk. The cleaning crew was loud in the hallway.
