I liked where my room was located on the 4th floor and it was very clean and comfy and quiet until I went to bed. The beds and pillows are a bit softer than I am used to but still very comfortable. The Front desk people were very accommodating and made up for the not-so-great room cleaners. Always very apologetic and very nice!

I asked for a quiet room which it was until the later part of the night when I went to bed and turned the TV off and the A/C's from other rooms went on and off all night and they were so loud it sounded like airplanes taking off. First night was difficult to sleep. The person cleaning my room took care of making the bed each day, but did not clean up coffee maker with POD inside and mess around it or replace cups or leave coffee. 2nd night had to go to the front desk and get coffee, cups, a wash rag and clean hand towel (cleaning crew took them but did not replace them) - Luckily I had an extra bath towel I did not use (they left the used bath towel used the 1st night just hanging on the rack)

The facilities and staff during my stay were great. I use booking.com for all my hotel needs. This was the best experience I have had so far.

The only issue I had was prior to my stay I called just to verify the standard coffee maker and iron/board would be in the room. My call was routed to reservations because I said amenities in the voice command. She transferred me to a guy in Florida. He transferred me to the actual hotel. Someone picked up and said hello, hello and hung up. I made 2 more calls in which it sounded like it was picked up, then released. I finally got someone and although polite, seemed stressed. Staffing issue?

Excellent customer service by Shauna! She was by herself checking in a long line of guests. She would constantly apologize for the delay & explained that she would take care of all of us as fast as she could. Some guests were getting frustrated & she offered bottles of water. She thanked us for our patience & understanding. I personally told her that I appreciated her excellent customer service skills but that her Supervisor should provide her assistance.

Having at least two front desk staff members checking in guests.

Clean and quiet room - well sound-proofed from the neighbors. Good blackout curtains. The thermostat worked to turn the heat down for sleeping. Good access from the highway and within a short walk of a friendly Mexican restaurant. The breakfast was available early in the morning.

The breakfast selections were limited but the dining room staff was cheerful and helpful. More fruit - bananas, berries, muesli and granola would have been nice. Orange juice was available on request. We needed enough food to get us going and on the road early, and the breakfast was good enough for that.

I liked the friendly staff. As well as the breakfast and dinner served. I also liked the thoroughness of housekeeping. Last but not least I give points for the swimming pool. Overall it was a comfortable stay and the room was clean and well-kept.

I didn't like how loud the fire alarm was when the smoke detector went off while I was asleep in the middle of the night. I also didn't like how after the alarm was supposedly silenced, it went off again a few minutes later. As a result I didn't get a good night's rest during my first night at the hotel.

The hotel bar and dining feature was a plus you don't have to travel for a meal. The rooms are neat and clean. Room service was attentive and kept the room well stocked. The parking is free, unlike some nearby hotels.

The front desk was not often available it was unattended more often than not. There wasn't a way to let them know in the office that someone was waiting for assistance at the desk. The front desk seemed overwhelmed, only manned by one person. I tried calling downstairs and never received a call back. The elevator smelled of mj for 2 days.

From the parking lot to the lobby everything was so clean, literally just nature doing it's thing but other than that just a sparkling lobby and it smelled fresh too. My room was a bit more spacious than what a standard 2 queen size room is. the bathroom was spotless and the room felt clean. The bathroom was also stocked with a GOOD shampoo and conditioner, along with a hand soap and moisturizer for your hands on the sink!! Staff were always very helpful and friendly. Also free breakfast for my stay is always a bonus. Didnt get to visit the pool or spa cause it was cold but maybe next time. Even the little convenience store in the lobby was the cherry on top, they really thought of everything. This will definitely be on the top of my list next time I visit California.

I guess you could just say is that the beds could be a maybe a little bit more comfy but that could be just my preference, my parents slept like a baby!

The staff was nice, especially in the restaurant area. We got there a little late for breakfast, but they still took amazing care of us with food options that offered variety. Well worth the price and convenience of having breakfast in the hotel as we were able to be on our way full and happy. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable.

We booked 5 people in our room but were only given two towels for the stay. Just was a minor inconvenience since we had to go back down to the lobby to get what we needed but it was taken care of quickly.

Room was very comfortable, balcony was also a nice add. Liked that they had a restaurant and bar on site. Arrived late but went to the bar for a glass of wine and a snack, fried pickles, they were excellent. The bar tender was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent, so many choices. Again service was excellent.

Better lighting in the bathroom would be nice, but I say that about almost everywhere.

The issue with the room was the disinfectant that they used to clean. The disinfectant odor was so strong that it burns my eyes and cause my allergies to act up, I could not sleep at night because of the strong, strong smell of the disinfectant. Also, when I tried using the heater to keep the room warm, the AC unit would kick on after it reach the temperature I want it in the room would get cold, so I had to turn it off because it went from warm to cold. So between the strong disinfect and smell and room temperature hot to cold it was very very uncomfortable.
