Close to location of my overnight medical test. Room was laid out nicely. Not too much noise from airport.

Bathroom door wouldn’t shut properly like it was swollen from moisture or humidity. I dislike that they charge you a $100 deposit at check-in , other major brands do not do this. It doesn’t matter that I’ll get the money back. It’s the fact that they charge it in the first place and if somebody screws up and forgets to return it or somebody else does damage and they blame it on me I’ve ended up paying an extra hundred dollars for that night.

Very spacious rooms and well appointed. Staff was very nice and allowed me to stay 2 hours longer since my flight was delayed until 2am.

The smell of the hall ways - very musty or "feet" / "dog" friendly. I have a dog and love that the property allows them. Just need a better deodorizer. Breakfast was not staffed so most items were gone or not being replaced at 8am. No fruit or pastries. Also, it would be nice to have the option to use food trays and coffee trays to enjoy the use of the room longer and eat in privacy.

I liked the location close to the airport. I appreciated the fitness center - small but adequate. I appreciated the hospitality of the staff.

The breakfast was very disappointing. It was very minimal and the food was of low quality. For example, there were no toppings other than brown sugar to put on the oatmeal- no nuts, fruits, granola. The egg dish was an odd shaped hockey puck like thing that did not look appetizing.

Breakfast, pool and staff were all kind. The morning we left I noticed a double charge on both rooms. At that point the staff was kind and said the charge should come off with in 10 business days. Sadly it has been a nightmare getting our money back since. It was a nice stay but this definitely is something people should know. I have not found anyone to look into the matter. Rather fluffed it off like it was no big deal. To me being charged twice on each room is a big deal!

I was very disappointed when we were double charged for both rooms! I have spoken to numerous staff who are not resolving the issue. So I am currently working with my bank to withdraw the double payments. It was quite sad the place was nice but the way they handled this would cause me never to go back!

Brand new hotel! Beautiful spacious lobby for working/lounging/meeting. I really like the layout of the suite except for the entry area. Nice spacious room for me and my two kids. Pull out sofa bed very comfy. My son picked that bed over the regular bed actually. There is a privacy curtain you can pull to separate the sofa and beds. Lots of cupboard, drawer, and shelf space to tuck away belongings. Comfy beds. Nice shower. Nice full size refrigerator/freezer. The kitchen is stocked with plates bowls glasses and mugs as well as a cutting board, eating utensils, and even a can opener and strainer. There is a table in the room for eating and TWO desks! The pool is beautiful, nice warm water. Nice little gym. The exercise bikes are equipped with TV! Close to everything! Overall really incredible value in the winter months!

I don't like the type of luggage carts. My luggage is always tumbling off the cart. Very frustrating. The room is not "soundproof" as advertised. The jets at the airport across the street can be loud taking off and landing, so just bring your earplugs if you need quiet. There are no coat hooks in the entrance area and no place to put your shoes next to the door. The hot breakfast was kind of cold. Some gym equipment was out of order.

The breakfast was great, lots to pick from; cereal, waffles, home fries, yogurt, sausage, eggs and oatmeal. Pool was warm and clean. Hotel was great. Staff were very friendly.

Food left in the fridge from the previous people. I thought the beds were decent but my husband said the beds hurt his back. We stayed 2 nights, so he tried both beds. The people above us were so loud both nights way past midnight. Wish the pool opened earlier. Kids wanted to swim and 10 is late. Also didn’t have paperwork on hours for pool, breakfast or checkout. I had to call the front desk for info.

The breakfast area was excellent, spacious, and very clean. There could perhaps have been a few more protein offerings.

The only thing I noticed that wasn’t 100% was the carpeting in the rooms and hallways. They look pretty worn and dated, however, they were clean. There was a sofa bed in the room but when we tried to use it we discovered that it was broken.

The pool was a lovely temperature & deep enough at 5 feet. The refrigerator was a great size & temp. The bed was very comfortable & the sheets felt great on my skin. The curtain separating bed & couch was excellent - I wake in the night & my niece didn’t notice the light! And the shower was perfect. Breakfast was lovely too.

It would have been perfect to have a stovetop or oven, didn’t need a dishwasher at all. I wish the pool opened earlier; 10am is very late. Would have appreciated a hot tub also. No hot water in the lobby for tea drinkers.

We liked everything about the location and the staff especially the front desk staff (Veronica)

The fact that we had 2 sinks that wouldn't drain (bathroom and Kitchen) and the breakfast, eggs were always cold with no flavor.

Breakfast was adequate and the buffet was clean and well stocked. The OJ was very watered down which was unfortunate but sure not a deal breaker! Decent buffet but nothing too exciting. Our room was great and the bed linens were exceptionally comfortable, so much so I'd like to get some for my bed at home. Room was super well appointed with full sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, dining essentials, great seating area, lots of storage space (great for a long term stay) and dining area. Super convenient to the airport so we'd stay here pre/post flight when needed.

I couldn't figure out how to open the sink drain in the bathroom so it had to just drain slowly on its own. The TV was situated to be seen primarily from the seating area which made it slightly harder to use from the bed; really not too big of an issue at all.
