It was as clean and close to The Howard Fairgrounds. I had a problem with my room key when I came back to the hotel. Brian the Desk Clerk was out standing. After he reactivated the key it still did not work. He came to the room with his master key , and when that did not work he went got the reader, it wasn’t the card, but the door entry it self. He replaced the batteries and no more problem. I had mentioned I forgot to get a glass well at the desk. He went and got it for me and brought it to my room. I have been an HR Director in hospitality for many years, and employees like him you want to keep.

Great staff Uzo and Jeanette are very professional and helpful. They resolve any issues that might arise. I love stay at this Extended Stay . Very clean , safe , and affordable.

The staff, the room, the breakfast bar very accommodating. Left another due to poor facility. This hotel went above and beyond to make sure my families stay was comfortable. Hats off to the Gals at front desk and housekeeping friendly, compassionate and very helpful.

The customer service staff at Extended Stay America is very professional, helpful and courteous!!! Patience in answering all my questions, They treat their patrons very good! The on-the-go breakfast was good. Thank You! And the Location is convenient, quiet and nice also!!

I liked the ease of check in. I also enjoyed the fact that I was given a room on the ground floor. Also, thought the television was very easy to use/watch.

Unfortunately, other patrons were smoking marijuana. The smell wafted through the halls and especially in the stairwell/exit.

Close to eateries. Some in walking distance. Area seemed/felt safe. Not only did the property have parking, but it was accessible from all for sides of the building.

Having to drive in the opposite direction from I-95 to only have to make a u-turn to get back it it.

Was in Columbia for a concert at Meriwether Post pavilion only 10 minutes away from location front desk associate very friendly and helpful

Beds were too firm and the shower head needed to be upgraded the sign off the road does not light up at night It is hard to see the entrance

Though I have my own food,. I like the environment, it's surroundings are socialize to the public.

Not much equipment in the gym. The cable wifi is slow and need improvement.

Room was clean and fresh. Could update somethings. Quiet . Staff was very friendly and helpful. Needs more handicap parking . I would use again because of it's location.
