Miss Tracye was EXTREMELY kind and helpful with a (covered) smile. The facilities were clean and smelled clean without being overly scented. The pool was inside with outside temp. The cleaning staff was consistent, attentive and courteous. The breakfast was fulfilling and changed daily. The little pancake maker was cool. The coffee machine was EXCELLENT. I liked having the filtered water dispenser and coffee available all day. Having access to a newspaper (USA Today) was a nice perk, too. The parking lot was well lit.

The ONLY downer was the 3rd floor ice machine was broken.

The front desk staff (Calvin and Trayce) were exceptional! Excellent service and very knowledgeable. Breakfast was also good. AC worked well. Water pressure was really good too. Bed was comfortable.

My room was cleaned with a soiled (spoiled) mop. It smelt like an old nursing home facility inside my room. It was really bad. The only reason I didn't complain was because I was given (requested) a bottom room. It was two days and I spent all day in a classroom. That last day was rough, though.

Staff was professional and nice. Staff provide helpful information for locations of local businesses and restaurants. We were always greeted with salutations and smiles upon entering and leaving. Our trip purpose was for the college drop-off of my grandson to JSU. Best Western Plus Flowood will be our primary home whenever we visit the area.

First, Greeted by a very friendly staff member! She was excellent. Wish I had got her name for this review! Whole facility was very clean, everything worked as should, very nice area and convenient. Was in a room right next to elevator and ice machine and was worried it would keep us up but did not hear it and the place was packed for a highschool event happening (why we were also there)

strategic location, close to everything you need, airport/shopping/restaurants/gas station. Good parking, the staff were incredibly kind and last but not least...excellent price!

The fact the pool is indoor is great and super clean but needs a water heater; this area has a crazy weather, and a warm pool will be a plus.

The breakfast was good. There was this young lady and I did not get her name that was working in the dining hall that morning and she had a neck brace on, but that did not stop her. She was very pleasant and kept the food area clean. She would periodically ask if we needed anything as she cleaned the tables and replenished the breakfast food. The breakfast area was really cleaned and I enjoyed the breakfast. Also, I explained to the Owner that my grandson was at the children's hospital and I was not sure if they would keep him or not. He was very responsive and gave me a later check out and when I found out they were keeping the baby overnight he offered a discount on the room. This made my stay even more pleasant. Thank you so much for relieving the stress of room and board. I will book here the next time I am in the area.

There was nothing that i didn't like about my stay.

The customer service desk was very helpful and very nice. The room was very spacious and comfortable. My son had to have surgery and he was comfortable after we got back from the hospital. The only thing I might ask is that maybe you could have a wheelchair in lobby for such things as this. We will definitely be back. He has another surgery planned for February. Thank you again for all your help.

We didn't have the breakfast, so I can't speak on breakfast. Night desk staff was a little more curt than the morning front desk staff who was very cordial. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean.

The shower was little hard to use and constantly dripped all night even after turning off the faucet. I wish you accepted credit card for snacks, as well as, cash.

The dining room was spotless. I always eat very modestly and enjoyed the coffee, orange juice, and a fresh banana. It was nice that I was not charged extra for the breakfast.

The Front Desk manager was most helpful and was able to secure my room for me a little earlier than expected which made my stay go much smoother. I have no complaints, the hotel is extremely clean and quiet both day and night.

Clean and spotless. Hotel staff was exceptional. The front desk clerk was very friendly and courteous , and I didn't get her name. Tamera, the breakfast room attendance was great. All smiles and greetings and made sure we got everything we needed. And the breakfast was very good. I love the location. I usually stay at this hotel when we have to be in town for more than a day for medical reasons.

No complaints, what so ever.
