Not fancy, but clean. Complimentary breakfast with lots of choices. Refrigerator about twice as much capacity as the usual small refrigerator in a hotel room. Extra towels available on shelf under the bathroom sink.

When I returned to my room in the evening of the second day, the hotel maids had given me fresh towels, but had not made the bed. This next situation was not the hotel's fault, but a water main burst in their parking lot overnight, so no water was available on my last morning. Since I was checking out later that morning, I am not sure how long the hotel guests were without water.

The breakfast was pretty good. Loved the bacon had it and egg on toast.. The hot chocalate was good because it was cold out. Warmed you up. My room was nice , beds to high for me to get on but done ok for 1 night. No handicap rooms were taken but they had a extender on toliet for me. Ty. My 3rd time staying here would recommend it anyone. It was walking distance to Bass Pro and Texas roadhouse and other places . Will go back again.

Everyday I ate breakfast at the hotel. The staff was very friendly, the food was hot and delicious. It had a variety of food selections to appease every individual specific diet. I loved the different flavors of tea; the tea was very soothing. The dining room was very clean and serene area to dine in.

I would want to improve the next time when I stay, I would ask not to have a room on the pet friendly floor. I was unaware the pets were allowed on my floor. I had several dogs barking in the early morning which woke me up earlier than I desired. Also, I was unaware that customer must request for their bedding to be change. Moving forward I know if I stay three days a more, I will ask to have my bed sheets changed.5

Good variety of hot and cold foods, replenished on the breakfast bar as needed. Weekday breakfast attendant (kitchen angel) was welcoming, and completed her job efficiently.

pool was closed first 2 days when we had the availability to use it. Disappointing.

Location was perfect for our needs! Breakfast was hot & delicious, with a very nice variety. Large room to eat in was a happy surprise.

The child’s height toilet? Not sure who ever thought that was a good idea!? Horrible but the room size and comfort was wonderful. Shower pressure could’ve been a little better but not bad. Loved the shampoo / conditioner / body wash stands!

The breakfast was good, with many choices and ended at 10am on the weekend, which is pretty late for a hotel breakfast. However, if you went after 9:30, it was slim pickins and they were not refilling anything and many things were out. Our room was clean and quiet. It was in a great location with a Denny's and a Texas Roadhouse across the parking lot. There was a gas station right next door also, and was right off the highway. The pool is a decent size and is indoors. There were not any problems while we were there and the area outside the hotel was good and felt safe.

The rooms are dated and need some refreshing. The beds were fairly comfortable, but not the best. The water pressure for the shower was pretty crappy, and had to turn the shower head to the massage setting to get decent water pressure. After 9:30am, the staff was not refilling any of the breakfast items so many things were out, even though breakfast didn't end until 10am. Housekeeping came while we were out and emptied the trash & gave us new towels, but did not make the beds.

The convenience of the location, it was next to everything that I could've needed, within walking distance

At first sight everything was clean or so I thought, I dropped my Pandora bracelet on the floor in the bathroom trying to take it off, when I reached to grab my charms off the floor I noticed there was PEE all down there under the toilet, thick& yellow housekeeping needs to be supervised, I didn't file a complaint because aside from that everything was perfect I just kept an eye out for anything else

Breakfast was excellent, good selection to choose from. All the staff we encountered were very good. The gentleman that checked us in was great to deal with. It is much nicer to have a decent breakfast before checking out of the hotel, rather than having to load up, go find someplace else. Not only does it save money, but it also saves a fair amount of time.

We were disappointed that the hotel did not have a hot tub. The Booking.com site listed the hotel as having one, and we were looking forward to that.

It was right off the highway and surrounded by restaurants and stores so it made it easy to grab dinner and shop a bit for things we needed during our stay. The staff was really professional and kind. Given 4 rugby teams checked in right after us and after 10 minutes of my kids in the pool we had to leave and go to our rooms because they crowded us out, the staff was apologetic for the noise and the situation. Everybody wants to relax and have fun, we get that, it was just a real bummer for the kids. We did squeeze some late night swimming in to make up for it to the kids though. Breakfast was really great as well.

Not the properties fault at all, we weren’t able to utilize the patio because of the crowd out there drinking and blaring music, the kids felt a bit out of place and not being able to enjoy the pool when we got there because of the large group of 20+ adults that come in. But again, we got the pool at 9pm for a bit, patio was still filled and we couldn’t go out there but the staff was really apologetic.

The amenities, and the staff was good.

Our reservation was messed up because we checked in early. We thought thing's were lined out until someone knocked on our door and told us we were past or check out date. I'm glad I had my information for my stay. The lady at the front desk helped us out 100% But the manager or whoever knocked on our door and following person made us feel very uncomfortable.
