My husband and I loved everything. The entrance was decorated beautifully for Christmas. All of the front desk staff was amazing. I had questions, and they were answered completely. Our room was very clean. It had a very cozy feel to it. It was just the two of us, and we didn't need or require a lot of space. The bed was amazingly comfortable. There was more than enough space for our clothing. We loved the easy to use coffee maker and that there was a nice and clean mini fridge and microwave. We also loved the fact that we could adjust the temp in the room. The weather was cold and we were able to have it nice and toasty in our room. The bathroom was extremely clean. We loved that full-size bottles of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner were available to use in the event that we forgot ours(never seen that before). There was also a full-size bottle of lotion in the event that was needed. All of them had a nice clean and fresh scent. All three full size bottle were the Zero% collection. We loved that as well. Housekeeping was professional, helpful, and fantastic at their job. We had enough washcloths and towels for our room our entire stay. We have some mobility issues and love the fact that the staff made sure our room was close to the elevator. Breakfast was great! Waffles, eggs, chicken sausage, pork sausage, potatoes, french toast, muffins, scones, fresh fruit, bagels, sourdough, and wheat bread. Drinks included juice, water, teas, caffeinated, and decaffeinated coffees. Different types of creamer, including oatmilk. We also liked that they cooked their oatmeal and provided different add ins for it. There was plenty of space and tables to comfortably enjoy your breakfast. They also serve breakfast for four hours. The location is near 40 and close to different places to eat and visit. Lastly, I enjoyed the little stuffed animal they have in the room(mostly for children and for children at heart) to take with you on your adventures.

We couldn't stay longer

Me & my friend went to Cary for Kirk Franklin Gospel Concert. We really enjoyed our stay there. We really liked that they texted us and asked if we needed anything and immediately took care of what we asked. The outside was beautiful along with Large Chess, Big Wide Screen TV, pool and beautiful seating and flowers. We took pictures and enjoyed the scenery. Well worth the price. Continental Breakfast was good and different chooses both days.

Liked everything about the property.

Hotel was centrally located near malls and venues, breakfast was fresh eggs, meats, cereals, etc. Loved the open air reception and eating area, giant chess game is always fun and hotel is pet friendly. Staff friendly who text you if you need anything... nice touch.

Better communication on check-in regarding local fees, pet fees, etc... things that may be listed on website but should be reiterated upon check-in.

Breakfast was good although I prefer liquid eggs to powdered, which I think is what they served. Place was spotless. Staff was friendly and professional. Room was very quiet with the possible exception of the low flow toilets which sound like a shotgun blast- but not a big problem. The location was perfect for our visit in Cary and a quick trip to Raleigh.

Scrambled eggs left something to be desired. Good breakfast otherwise.

The person who helped me check in was very helpful

Rates were doubled for the time period I was there (dreamville) I booked on booking.com and noticed a discrepancy with the price my card was charged and the price that my card was charged. Went to the front desk and the person was dismissive, argumentative and I later found out was also wrong. She may have worked all night and was in a bad mood because everyone else was kind and pleasant.

Every single employee from Front Desk to House Keeping are extremely friendly, helpful, polite. The room was very comfortable, clean. Would prefer a little warmer water out of shower, but that's just my preference. Liked the morning text every day, on whether I needed housekeeping or not. Beautiful lobby area inside. Fresh coffee always. Nice area for dog to go outside.

When we returned to our room after being at the arena, it smelled as if someone had used the bathroom. It was very strong . It didn’t look as though someone was there but it was strong enough a smell that my husband and I both felt that someone had been in the room. Very odd.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel for one night! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast options were lovely—there was a delicious variety to choose from, and everything tasted fresh. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I can't wait to return!

There was nothing that need a change.

Spacious room and floor plan is great. Room temperature stayed nice and cool and beds were very comfortable. Great channel selection on TV. Breakfast was good and coffee was great. Attended a convention at the Raleigh fairgrounds and it was within a 5-10 minute drive. Overall, an excellent stay. Will definitely be staying again

Lighting is terrible for anyone trying to apply makeup. Definitely bring your own mirror so you can find a spot LED lighting is not friendly 😒

The property was great. The staff was kind, the breakfast was very good, the pool and outdoor area was very nice, and the room was extremely comfortable with lots of safety measures in place.
