Breakfast was good, reasonable selection, although guidance as to whether things were vegetarian etc would have been nice. I'm not from the US, so hadn't a clue what a 'western omelette' was...I didn't see any ham but it was definitely in there! Good coffee. Comfortable beds. Super-friendly and helpful front desk team.

Everything was disposable - plates, cups, cutlery. Big thumbs down for that. Not overly keen on the hotel location, but that was my fault for not checking more carefully - great if you have a car, not quite so great otherwise, although Uber and Lyft are A Thing.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hampton Inn I40 Raleigh Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The hotel’s location is perfect—right near the I 40 connector. My room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed that made a great night's sleep. The amenities were excellent, including a well-equipped fitness center, pool and a stylish lobby plus outside seating area perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. The on-site bar o is making it convenient to grab a drink without leaving the hotel. Overall, the hotel met my expectations. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this hotel offers comfort, convenience, and top-notch service. I will definitely stay here again on a next trip to Raleigh!

My husband and I loved everything. The entrance was decorated beautifully for Christmas. All of the front desk staff was amazing. I had questions, and they were answered completely. Our room was very clean. It had a very cozy feel to it. It was just the two of us, and we didn't need or require a lot of space. The bed was amazingly comfortable. There was more than enough space for our clothing. We loved the easy to use coffee maker and that there was a nice and clean mini fridge and microwave. We also loved the fact that we could adjust the temp in the room. The weather was cold and we were able to have it nice and toasty in our room. The bathroom was extremely clean. We loved that full-size bottles of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner were available to use in the event that we forgot ours(never seen that before). There was also a full-size bottle of lotion in the event that was needed. All of them had a nice clean and fresh scent. All three full size bottle were the Zero% collection. We loved that as well. Housekeeping was professional, helpful, and fantastic at their job. We had enough washcloths and towels for our room our entire stay. We have some mobility issues and love the fact that the staff made sure our room was close to the elevator. Breakfast was great! Waffles, eggs, chicken sausage, pork sausage, potatoes, french toast, muffins, scones, fresh fruit, bagels, sourdough, and wheat bread. Drinks included juice, water, teas, caffeinated, and decaffeinated coffees. Different types of creamer, including oatmilk. We also liked that they cooked their oatmeal and provided different add ins for it. There was plenty of space and tables to comfortably enjoy your breakfast. They also serve breakfast for four hours. The location is near 40 and close to different places to eat and visit. Lastly, I enjoyed the little stuffed animal they have in the room(mostly for children and for children at heart) to take with you on your adventures.

We couldn't stay longer

This hotel was a great choice for our stay. We were looking for a place that was close to RDU for our flight to NYC. The room was very clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a restful night. The location was perfect—close to the RDU airport and a gas station, making travel super convenient. Plus, the abundance of parking made things hassle-free. Overall, a fantastic stay!

The receptionist! She give us key which room still occupied with guest. When we entered the room, there's a bunch of things in the bed, shoes, suitcases. If the occupant was there and have guns then may be they shot us for entering there room. Not a good start, they must be very careful in giving keys to occupant, they should make sure nothing inside the room!

Me & my friend went to Cary for Kirk Franklin Gospel Concert. We really enjoyed our stay there. We really liked that they texted us and asked if we needed anything and immediately took care of what we asked. The outside was beautiful along with Large Chess, Big Wide Screen TV, pool and beautiful seating and flowers. We took pictures and enjoyed the scenery. Well worth the price. Continental Breakfast was good and different chooses both days.

Liked everything about the property.

The staff was friendly, rooms were clean and the bathroom updated. The breakfast was a nice touch and there is a pool and a fitness center with a Peloton.

The AC unit was a little noisy and needs to be updated. It is also not a safe walk to the Lenovo center and will need a car.

Hotel was centrally located near malls and venues, breakfast was fresh eggs, meats, cereals, etc. Loved the open air reception and eating area, giant chess game is always fun and hotel is pet friendly. Staff friendly who text you if you need anything... nice touch.

Better communication on check-in regarding local fees, pet fees, etc... things that may be listed on website but should be reiterated upon check-in.

Breakfast was good although I prefer liquid eggs to powdered, which I think is what they served. Place was spotless. Staff was friendly and professional. Room was very quiet with the possible exception of the low flow toilets which sound like a shotgun blast- but not a big problem. The location was perfect for our visit in Cary and a quick trip to Raleigh.

Scrambled eggs left something to be desired. Good breakfast otherwise.
