I stayed here while attending a conference at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. It was a very short walk to the venue (mostly just across the street) and around a ~10 minute drive to the airport. While the hotel has no continental breakfast or gym, they do offer free passes to a gym ~0.3 miles away and the rooms have a small coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. The hotel is walking distance to the downtown area and lots of restaurants. The steakhouse next door (Jeff Ruby's) is absolutely fantastic (a little pricey, but also amazing)! The hotel staff was accommodating based on my timing of check in/out and also lent me some needed supplies like tape. I would certainly stay again if I attend another conference here!

The bed was super comfortable and the staff was amazing! I needed help with something and even though it was outside their normal scope they still helped me out.

I wish that housekeeping came automatically every three days or so, even if it was just to empty trash. That was the main thing that was a little frustrating. I know we could have requested housekeeping but we were running around most days and just coming back at night to sleep.

The staff were excellent they were good at recommending the tavern for food in front of us we always felt safe walking outside downtown was beautiful at night looking out your window they were excellent dealing with my two dogs I just really am thankful for how gracious and helpful the staff were

Convenient location if you'll attend an event in that area. I like the free coffee in the room and the vending machine to get water.

The room was certainly spacious but also kind of dated, especially those leather sofas. Curtains in my room didn't really cover windows entirely so I always had sunlights very early in the morning. I would have preferred if they told me at the check-in that cleaning was only upon request.

Friendly staff, the room was comfortable and clean, and free coffee in the lobby. The location was excellent, for business at the Convention Center South, and safe for walking.

I wanted to use the laundry (advertised amenity) , but there was no way to coin changing (counter or machine) on the premises.

Love the location, staff are very nice. No more free breakfast, place is a little run down from previous visits and the rooms are large, but sparse and feel cold. Still a great deal and you really can't beat the location.

Rooms are sparse. Colors are really bland. Nothing warm and fuzzy about them. It's got a stay as long as you need to feel. A couple of days and then get out.

Great value for price. You get what you would expect. The room was clean. Bathtub showed a little wear, but that was it. Bedding was good, with no random burns or stains and was pretty comfortable. AC worked great in July heat. TV was whatever but I never use those anyways, as I always have my own electronic devices. No breakfast but that is mentioned.

Parking could be better. It's across the street, which fine but there's no dedicated crossing, and the median has a fence around it. So you either need to go up to the light or walk down a little ways and jay walk.

Convenient to downtown Columbus

Most parking spaces are across a busy street. A little hard to get to because of the one way streets , if you miss the turn. No tissues in the room but to be fair I didn’t ask for any either. Ice machine was not working and the vending machine wasn’t very well stocked.

My husband and I had a suite, we stay in Columbus multiple times a year for softball tournaments. It was last minute stay and we got a good deal. The plus was they didn’t charge us extra for having our puppy. And we had a large spacious room!

We couldn’t watch tv unless we wanted to pay to watch movies which I found odd. They had cable but none of the channels worked…

Easy to navigate and rooms were large with AC.

Quite a bit away from things. Staff gave my room number to another guest and they tried to enter my room. No cleaning during whole 6 night stay.
