There were a variety of breakfast items to choose from and there were some different choices each day. However, the beds are my favorite--soft and the comforters were a nice weight, not ultra thin.

The toilet clogged, and we asked that it be fixed after 10 am. When we came back to our room at the end of the day, it still hadn't been fixed. However, when we asked again, the lady at the front desk came out with a plunger immediately and fixed it. Also, the room is kind of dark with just two lamps and the hall light.

Breakfast helped us justify the cost of the room. There was a good variety..something for everyone. Rooms were very clean.

I inquired about AARP discounts...the clerk told me they offer the 10% off but not if you book online...so.....being the frugal senior that I am, every penny counts when you are on a fixed income, I asked if I could cancel online and just rebook with her, knowing that there would be a room available. She said that no, she couldn't do that. BTW, it was free cancellations online, so that would not have been the problem. That was a real bummer...could have saved us $20+ dollars, but elected not to. :-(

Comfortable, affordable hotel in a good location. The bed was comfortable and the room was a nice size. They are in the process of upgrading some of the rooms so there was some construction noise during the day but none after 5:00. They offered a hot breakfast that included eggs, biscuits & gravy in addition to the usual continental offerings. All in all a great bargain and a comfortable place to stay while visiting Florence.

Overall a great experience. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Breakfast was hot and well-stocked (we usually ate it late.) Only ever really heard noise during check out time in the mid-morning and it was brief. Bath was huge!

Odors tended to linger for a very long time, including a pot-like smell when we first checked in. There didn't seem to be much natural ventilation unless you opened the window (we were on the first floor so that was not ideal.)

I loved the cleanliness of the room and breakfast area. I only have one complaint but it's one that I think should be spoken of. They should have a elevator for the second floor. I wasn't told that we can request the first floor as we do the booking for the room. It's a little hard going up and down the stairs when your in your mid 60's. Especially if you need to make a few trips🥺. When I got there to check in the room, the clerk told me we were on the second floor. I asked if we could please be put on the first floor and she said at that point she couldn't because they were booked for the rooms. She then went on to tell me about having to tell them before hand if we want the first floor. (I didn't know this). During the night we checked the parking lot as we had to get things from our car, the lot was partially empty. Hmmm, then in the morning not many cars either. So that's interesting as they were to be booked?? Well that's my complaint. As for the room we liked our room very much! Cozy, clean and the bed is the greatest! Breakfast was wonderful and the lady in charge of the breakfast area was wonderful. We would stay there again as long as we are able to have the first floor. 😊👍

The location. It accommodated our wants. Breakfast was great.

The hot tub was very nasty, The price could have been a little cheaper so to renovations.

I would call the offered breakfast adequate, but hardly impressive. Honestly, it was better than the breakfast offered by Hyatt House in Downtown Seattle, but far below the quality at the local Denny's I usually go to in Seattle.

The bathroom in my room was immaculate. Not one single flaw. However, there were food particles on the floor, the furniture, even the bed. It was not filthy, just present

The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. I especially appreciated the protein choices as I am a diabetic. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

a mirror at the desk would have been helpful. Better lighting for applying make up would also be appreciated. Overhead lighting is terrible for applying makeup.

very good breakfast, good coffee! we were quite late first morning, slim choices, but it was still within the breakfast time. I did have enough to eat. friendly lady working the foods.

other rude people are out of your control, so it was all good.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast attendant went out of her way to greet each guest, explain the options, and keep everything well stocked.

When we arrived, the toilet was clogged. However, front desk staff was quick to respond and the issue was resolved quickly.
