We liked the staff, from front desk, to casino , to the bartenders and waitress...superb

The fact, at the Glass bar, your customers who are spending a lot of money between rooms and casino, you should be offering them free drinks as most casinos do. The restaurant Lucky 8 needs an overhaul. Not on food, that is amazingly delicious, but on how it is run. A whole room next door that can probably fit 25-30 people is not utilized. If it was, your host wouldn't be running around like a nut, and calling customers when their table is ready, that is insane. This keeps him from helping the waitresses and the restaurant itself. There isn't enough nightly entertainment, other bars or restaurants

The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Great to have housekeeping everyday if you choose to. The staff were friendly inside the hotel. Nice decor throughout the hotel. Although we didn't use the pool it was beautiful.

The AC seemed to work fine during the day but at night it seemed a little stuffy. In my opinion the AC vent was located in a bad spot which was behind the curtain. Not positively sure or if it was on a timer one day after housekeeping had been there the AC was turned up to 72 which made it warm. We had to keep the thermostat on 65 to be comfortable. No microwave or refrigerator in the room. The clock, smoke detector and phones (2) had light indicators on them that were very annoying at night when trying to sleep. The water was hot but the water pressure itself was low. Need benches outside by the water to enjoy sitting overlooking the gulf course.

The food was amazing! Bistecca was our favorite restaurant of all of them. We went for a late night dinner and had the best food, cocktails and service! Guy Fieri's food was also great, especially a late night boozy milkshake was perfect! The Pizzeria had the best pizza I've ever had. Had great flavors and a wonderful wood smokiness and great prices! Absolutely a fantastic place to stay. The casino had great vibes all day and was not over crowded during a weekday stay. Staff was wonderful and respectful at every part of the resort. Our overall experience, was fabulous. Would recommend to anyone and we can't wait to go back again!

There was a mini bar in the room. But there was not a mini fridge to store leftovers or drinks in it which really was inconvenient. We did not vallet our car, so walking to the parking lot to the far side by the casino and golf course was a bit of a far walk.

The staff was was very nice. Lisa at the Valet desk was exceptional in assisting us, she went above and beyond and was so lovely. Bisteca restaurant was fabulous, great food/service. Guy Fieri's was also good, had dinner and breakfast there.

Did not like that we could not use the outdoor pool on the day we arrived 5/30/25, as they were "working" on the deck around it. It was the only warm day we had. Did not like that the rooms charge to have a refrigerator. Would be nice to be able to sit outside, no area other then the smoking area. Did not like the smoke in the casino. Not much entertainment as far as music.

Taylor from the front desk was great. She greeted us each time super pleasant and made checkin quick and easy. Our highlight would have been the heated pool however the temperature was no where near warm at all. But the overall pool and bar area is nice and convenient to have. The restaurant Bistecca on site in the casino was amazing. Everything we had was delicious and our service was great too. The buffet for brunch out did my expectations. Alot of options and service was good too.

The pool not being heated was a major disappointment. That would be my only complaint.

We spent the holiday there and had a lovely time. The lobby was beautifully decorated. We had two adjoining rooms one king and a double queen. The rooms are huge! The bathrooms, stunning. I really enjoyed Guy Fiero's restaurant for breakfast, those potatoes (ummm). The pool area was beautiful as well. The casino is not too big and is easily walkable and at least not too busy (I'm not a big gambler). I had a great time speaking to David who knew a lot about the property from before (I visited as a child in the 70's). It was nice and very relaxing. It also not far from the outlets, lol.

There weren't lots of on property events. There were no on property activities like a trivia event, club (only on weekends I was told), ice skating, or something else to keep us on property would have been nice.

Room was okay in the pictures when I booked looks little bit bigger,,couple staff gave us bad attitude, the person who attendes the front desk between the Spa, gym, and pool,, that was in the morning she looks latino maybe And the old lady from the coffee shop downstairs stairs she really was in bad mood,, idk the should get trained much better tour people who stayed there,, other that that everything was good,,,

The bad attitude about the stuff they work there ,, they should be smiling,, should be grateful and happy they have place to work,, idk they should be trained more efficiently to welcome people, to have a good time

Having an indoor outdoor pool option was wonderful. The room and overall cleanliness of the property was great. Excellent food options at the hotel. Close enough to enough places to have experiences away from the hotel. Excellent food and beverages available poolside. But if a CLEAN and COMFORTABLE stay is what your looking for this hotel delivers. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I would of liked that the pool hours were longer. A late or early swim would be nice. Perhaps 8am to 10pm. I didn't eat at the buffet but was told it needed lots work. Nothing else was anything that we didn't like.

The room, pool and spa were clean and excellent. The casino was great! The restaurants were excellent! The staff were courteous and helpful. Richard Marx concert was excellent! Piza was excellent at restaurant. Ashley at the spa was awesome!

There is one major problem. The lobby had a smokey smell drifting down from the casino. I understand catering to cigarette smokers as they probably make up the majority of your clientele. But non-smokers are suffering from that obnoxious, unhealthy smoke. It is my only complaint.

The resort was appealing to our expectations completely from the outside appearance to the interior including the room. We would like to recognize the exceptional room service which we used twice during our stay. Our brief contact with the staff including housekeeping was again "as we expected it to be". Overall great customer service and a great value for our money and our time.

We came on 3/16/25 to celebrate our wedding anniversary, we may want to visit in the Spring/summer to enjoy the outside grounds areas.
