Close and convenient location to Hershey park. Immediately walking into the lobby of the hotel, it has a really great and friendly look and there was some there who greeted you with a friendly and welcoming smile. He checked you right now, gave you your keys, let u know about breakfast and off you went. The rooms were extreme clean, smelled great, amazing bathroom products. The AC unit was a little loud but really worked really well.

The breakfast selection could of been a bit better. The juice selection was great and the oatmeal selection with toppings was nice as well but other than that there was really nothing that looked very good. A few more options would of been a welcome sight but nothing that was a deal breaker

The shower could be a little bit larger and heat up faster. The rubber seal on the shower door was peeled off towards the bottom so water would leak when taking a shower. The shower door itself also wasn’t high enough so water would also spill outside of the shower too. Maybe different shower head and better leak protection. two more large towels would also be nice. two for arrival and two for the morning shower

It was exactly as expected, this isn't the Ritz Carlton. The staff was friendly and timely, the room was clean, all you could need with a place to just rest your head.

I usually like the all-american basic free breakfast at Best Western - esque hotels, but this was the first time it was a real disappointment. Automatic pancake maker (no classic make your own waffle) was cool concept but cooked it WAYYY under and no option to cook the pancake for longer. Oatmeal was clumped and therefore uncooked, I just left and hit the road

The welcome display in the tv w my name was a pleasant touch soon entering. Shower pressure was nice and the bed was THHEEE ABSOLUTE VERY BEST BED I HAVE EVER SLEPT IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!

While the breakfast was good w many opinions I did feel the SIZE of their setup compared to the number of guest wasn’t very big. There was a lot of long line waiting bc of too much demand and not enough supply. And while I’m sure she was working hard, the person working the breakfast station didn’t seem to have much sense of urgency during the already busy overcrowded breakfast hours so in the future I would make sure to get there early enough to make sure I get a good shot at breakfast choices.

We had called ahead of time to make sure the 3 rooms we booked in advance would be next to each other, but they only put two rooms next to each other and one of our rooms was on a completely different floor. They said they couldn’t change it because it was booked under a 3rd party which was pretty dumb. Other than that our experience was great. It would have been better if we were all at least on the same floor.

I loved that you could have hot chocolate or hot tea or coffee anytime. Loved that there was a little fridge in the room. Loved that the floor was a laminated floor and No Carpet.Loved the big shower. Loved that shampoo, conditikner, Lotion and soap was on wall you just squeezed to get out. Close to restaurants, sheetz, dollar general.

Didn't like that there wasn't a microwave in the room to reheat my food and tea. Wish there was a table next to the left side of the bed and a phone charger station.

The property was clean and smelled good. Very close and convenient for our purposes The hostess at the front desk was kind and very helpful with check in and guiding us to our room and amenities! Breakfast was delicious! Everything was wonderful

Pets ! I love them and own them too . While we eating breakfast a lady had a little dog who was not on a leash. The dog was jumping up on furniture and on me and others while eating! Plus scratching the leather on the furniture beside me. If you are going to have pets the should be on a leash and in control of the owner. One little boy was afraid of him Just saying. I’m not sure what your policy states .

The breakfast was ok. The room was clean and in good working order. I liked that the desk could roll around to be used where you needed it and the plug for the laptop was on either side of the tv. The bathroom looked spa-like, the soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion dispensers were a great touch.

The breakfast could be better. The sausage patties were a light grey color such that it didn't look very appetizing. The pancakes were bland; the coffee was not great. There's no coffee pot or microwave in the rooms. Because there's no little amenities in the rooms, I felt the room was overpriced.

Clean and easy on and off the highway

Check in person was practically whispering and annoyed at me when I couldn't hear her. She acted like I was mad when I was not, which caught me off guard. She then started over explaining things to me when I was fine and understood her instructions. Unnecessary end to a long day of travel. The gentleman in the morning at checkout was phenomenal as usual.

Booked for a night to enjoy a concert at the Casino. The rooms was nice and clean. AC was great room was nice and cold. The Breakfast Bar was nice had the best made eggs I ever had at a hotel breakfast lots of different condiments for the breakfast food. Also first time I ever saw a pancake maker. Complementary coffee bar always available. Staff was very friendly and made check in and out simple and fast. Location from the Casino is exceptional. Rate was satisfied after staying will be are go to in future. Great Italian Restaurant just down the road Fabio’s.

Only thing didn’t like was no water available in room. I believe had to go to service bar to purchase. No microwave in room has a small fridge though.
