Cleaning lady was sweet and absolutely amazing. Loved her!! Check in lady was great as well and super nice.

The motorcycle of the employee woke us up every morning. Need to park motorcycle away from the rooms and pool to prevent the issue. Inside desk portion was never open. Had to use the window. It was a living room area for staff and a dog instead of a front desk receptionist area for guests. Towels are rough snd sheets on beds had some stains. Under beds need to be cleaned and water used that doesn't leave the floors sticky and gritty from dirt/sand. Notify customers of $14 daily resort fee. Place is a motel type place where low income people live in some rooms/bldgs. There shouldn't be a resort fee. It's not a resort. Need king size beds. Extremely hard for 2 adults to sleep in a double bed.

2 blocks from the beach! Great for wandering the boardwalk. Wonderfully friendly staff. Free parking. 5 minute drive to the Convention Center. Refrigerator & microwave included. It’s not the Sheraton, but it was clean, basic, well attended to by the housekeeping. This was a such a fantastic value, and I’ll definitely stay here again!

Close to the beach, 8 min walk. Easy check in, room was good for value with plenty of space for us. Handy amenities such as gas station and liquor store 1 min walk away Nice lady morning of checkout allowed late check out as we wanted to go to beach without being rushed

Aesthetically not the best looking location. TV did not work.

I was really surprised the building looks a little old but inside I have enough space in the room and was very clean. Good tv channels, freeze was big enough so I totally loved it, such a wonderful stay much better compared to other hotels on the front lines. And such a quiet place to relaxing.

I don’t like the location at all, you need to walk a little bit and that’s okay but at night you have to be on alert because the area was a bit dark

It was very pleasant and comfortable I love the staff especially the housekeeping always had fresh towels and the staff was very friendly always available would return back there soon LOVE THIS HOTEL!!

Location to the event I was going to. Good TV channels. Decent room. Good size room. Glad to have a fridge and microwave. Staff was extremely friendly, informative, and helpful. Good price.

Place could use updating. Walls are thin. Can hear people next door. Was a bit hard to find. The name out front is Lancer. The desk person explained they are waiting on the city to approve a new sign.

The room was the big one on the end plenty of room to move around. Had quiet hours which was a plus for sleeping and we could always find a staff member if we needed anything.

I did not have the breakfast. The staff was great, the location was great, the room was very comfortable. I was able to get most everything done that I needed to do.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. Again, the location was perfect for what I needed to do. I have zero complaints.

The property was a short distance the beach. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There were plenty of places to eat near bad. The price was very affordable. The rooms were cozy and clean.

I stayed at another OYO near kings dominion, that impressed me, thats why I picked the same company, unfortunately this one had a very weird smell, very old furniture and looked like really needs some Interior refreshing, but I liked that was pretty wide
