Nice view. Bed was comfortable.

A/C didn't work well in room. Didn't cool.

Room: The room was clean, with modern decor and good lighting. The mini-fridge and coffee maker were a nice touch. View: We had a partial ocean view—it wasn’t front-facing, but still very pleasant to wake up to. Bed: The bed was comfortable with fresh linens and plenty of pillows. Slept well both nights. Bar: We enjoyed the bar area and sports watching

the room balcony didn't open up, would have been nice to sit out and watch the sun come up or set. The garage needs work. I love that the hotel has their own garage however, the space to drive in was very limited, the spaces are very small and others seemed to have trouble Maneuvering around to park.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful The room was comfortable and clean We did have to go down to the desk to ask for towels on our second day but we enjoyed our stay

The cost to park is outrageous especially after all the extra tax charges on your final bill I expected taxes but not occupancy taxes and several other taxes As nice as the hotel was we will do a little more research next time and stay somewhere else

The room that I reserved was not available according to the desk staff. I arrived around 4pm. They said there was another room available at the same price. It appeared to be the specifications I requested; so good. The unit was clean and that is my main interest. The staff were polite.

When I checked out, after my two night stay, I was given a paper bill that I reviewed, looked accurate. After I arrived home, I reviewed my credit card actions with my issuer via computer. There were two charges by Holiday Inn that totaled more than the receipt I was given. The following day I was intending to call Holiday Inn. I brought up my credit card record on my issuer's website so I could be accurate when I called. Surprise, the previous day's recording of two charges was gone and one charge matching my paper receipt was there. I was aggravated for a short time but now relieved. All OK.

The staff were friendly, and the facilities were very nice.

I live in the city where I booked this hotel. My wife and I wanted a get-away, and to relax around a heated pool. I called the hotel prior to booking the room to confirm their indoor/outdoor pool was heated, which I was told was case. So, I booked the room, and to my surprise, the pool was ice cold when I went to lounge there. I would have booked a room with someone else if I knew this - very disappointing. They also charge $15 a day to park in their hotel garage.

Our checking was efficient and the staff was very friendly. We had an excellent view of the marina from our room on the 20th floor. Our room was clean and maintained. The bar was almost closed when we arrived but they welcomed us in and did not rush us.

The bathroom needed a lot of maintenance and cleaning. There was only one girl waiting tables in the cafe and she was clearly overwhelmed. We took the only clean table and it was easily 20 minutes before she got to us. Many people were complaining, many left angry. A supervisor finally came to assist but orders were wrong and taking forever.

The location was great, staff was friendly and room was comfortable!

The only thing I didn’t like was that the balconies did not open which is very unfortunate because the view is beautiful! I was aware they didn’t open before booking but it’s just a waste of balcony, they should have a big clear window instead!

When we checked in the room , we noticed room was very warm so we changed thermostat , gave it time to cool the room it didn’t, so first night we slept uncomfortable, so in the morning I stopped by front desk and let them know, they said they would have someone look at it while we were out, they did and when we returned back late that evening the room was so cold we slept great! So really appreciate them fixing things. Would definitely stay there again.

I don’t think our room was cleaned. Dust on furniture and clogged tub with standing water at time of check in. When maintenance fixed the clog, he didn’t clean up the mess he left behind. Tub and floor were left dirty and we decided to skip the shower.

The hotel staff was AWESOME. Particularly Joan( front desk) and Arial ( manager) We had a few mishaps, but they were so helpful and so understanding. From the moment we walked in all staff members were so welcoming. This hotel was a great location for us being that we were there for the Aquarium and Lexington.

We did not like the outdated room . The pull out sofa was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE with the springs almost noticeable. One of the televisions was not working ( they couldn't fix it) . One other thing that I did not like was that Booking.com did not have all the important information that the hotel website did like that there is a $15 per day charge for on site parking! I think this is very important information that should be posted. Had I known this prior to booking I might have looked else where only because of our family finances. Luckily for us the parking was waved due to some of the mishaps of the room.
