it's a no thrills hotel, it's dated but they seem to be updating some. The elevator was broken for awhile but was fixed promptly so the managers take care of things at least. In my room there was some water damage, little bit or rust in sink and tub, the beds were comfortable though. I also wish the tvs worked better and had an actual guide to watch as you just have to flip channels and hope it has video as some are audio only. For the cheap price it's a okay stay at no bugs at least.

Breakfast had bagels and two types of cream cheese. Eggs and Sausage, always happy for the fresh fruit. Beds were comfortable and showers had great water pressure.

Breakfast didn't have much for those with allergies. Gluten free waffles, bacon, or gluten free hashbrown or a gluten free toast option would be helpful, but understandably most don't think of these things (but we have attenee Comfort Suites that has done this in the past).

Breakfast was EXCELLENT. The staff was more than accommadating. It was a great place to stay for the Football Championship. Nice restaurants around the area. Excited to see the remodel.

We were extremely pleased with our stay at Comfort Inn and Suites. When we go back to Frisco for another Football Championship , we will definitely stay at the same location. We were immediately greeted by staff. Josh was one of our favorites. We felt safe and comfortable.

The breakfast was just as I expected simply but a good quantity of food. The staff were very friendly and respectful to the visitors. My overall thought of the location was the area is just a little cramp with all the people trying to get to the food stations however besides that everything else was great.

The things I thought could be better is the comfort of beds they were just a little to firm for my liking.The curtains weren't able to be fix so that light could not come in which made hard for me to go to sleep. One other thing the room need to be a bit bigger so that it be easier to get around. But nevertheless the room was very clean and the price for the room was affordable.

I was only looking for a room to sleep in, and it met my need for a comfortable bed and a hot shower.

The breakfast had only yogurt to offer those of us who cannot consume gluten. I had a room that faced the front parking. The lights kept the room from being dark, the air conditioner was noisy, and there was noise outside.

Location was perfect - short drive to my business meeting, then back for wonderful restaurants and shopping! And the pool was delightful!

Lighting in our room left alot to be desired! Also, it was supposed to be a handicapped room, but it had a full tub which my friend has trouble getting into! Would've preferred a walk-in shower!

Staff was very friendly.

I asked for extra blanket and they gave me a sheet when I stated I asked for blanket they said this is it. I explained it wasn’t & wanted a blanket/comforter then they said oh that’s all we have. we sold out. They should have more than one comforter for each room. Also I had multiple light bulbs out in bathroom. If room is being cleaned the bulbs need too be replaced then. Not after the guess has too request it. However when request made staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Great, friendly staff, room was clean and inviting, bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was clean , even behind doors! Large breakfast selections. Easy check in/out. Would definitely stay again

The room is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is quite delicious. The staff are also very welcoming and helpful. Besides, the location of the hotel is very convenient and there are many restaurants and markets surrounded.

There is a faint smell of smoking in the hallway..

Actually good. Actually clean. Really nice place and right next to a great barbecue place that also does breakfast.

Towels might need more rinsing, feels like there's a little bit of soap residue. Not sure.
