It had a very warm and comfortable look about it. The staff was amazing. The kitchen staff went above and beyond in their service. I came down for breakfast around 9:15. The kitchen staff was cleaning the serving area. When I asked if there was any food left. One of the ladies immediately gave me a plate and told me to get whatever I wanted. I think that was worth it all. You can say that the entire staff was exceptional.

I was pleased with everything

Our room was a king suite. It was very large and spacious. The bathroom was huge with a great big walk-in shower.

The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't get the room to be cool enough as it was so big. Of course, it could have just been me. Lol

Not a breakfast eater, but I made it to breakfast. It was good and a great start to my day.

We had a power outage one night and had to walk up to 3rd floor. But it was short lived, so I was able to still enjoy. Play games and listen to music in the dark. Life went on.

What made our stay extraordinary was DRosa(I hope I have her name correct) she was very attentive and patient. She went above and beyond with assisting us with an additional room purchase. She's an employee who definitely deserves some recognition, and that's why I'm writing this review. I do not...repeat do not write reviews, but she was so deserving of it! She was on duty when I checked in at approximately 4:00 p.m. on June 5.

Room was spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were excellent. Very quiet and perfect location. Access to everything, but not directly on freeway. Will definitely stay again. Breakfast was really good also.

The only thing I didn't like was in the pictures it showed a jacuzzi, but evidently they took it out.

Clean and conveniently located. Overall it was good. I did have an issue with my sink but my room was promptly switched.

Didn't like the 4 dollar limit in how much change a resident could receive. Not even enough to wash, dry, purchase detergent/fabric softener for one load. Just made no sense.

The room was clean and fresh and I appreciated that. Modern decor was really nice. The staff was nice for the most part. Breakfast was good overall.

The lady who did the breakfast was mean. She kept getting mad if we asked her for anything. You need another waffle maker. People were lining up and it took too long to get them.

Bed comfortable Good location for me for my onward travel to Houston Space Center on day of check out. Staff quick to respond to problem I had with shower not working

Had a problem with shower which was inconvenient. However resolved by staff member without too much delay.

For an older hotel - I found it very clean and service was friendly and helpful she did let me know that ice was only available on the floor above and below me. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of healthy options I thought.

I wish they offered a single keurig cup of coffee but that is just a preference thing, otherwise very nice and clean.
