The hotel is directly across the street from the Moore Theater, so it was great being able to just cross the street for our show. The breakfast was good, but it was kind of expensive.

Our shower did not work. After 45 minutes of the staff trying to figure out what was wrong with it and what to do about it, we were finally directed to another room to shower. When we asked for a late check out due to the inconvenience, we were first told no, then they relented and gave us 30 extra minutes. What was confusing to me was that they were really going to book the room with a broken shower. Why not let us chill for a while? In the end, they comped a service fee, so there's that.

It had a really cool vibe, the staff was super friendly! The tub was a little small but my lady and I fit in it perfectly and had many a laugh trying to kiss one another while being on opposite sides. It was extremely walkable to everything you wanna see and doing Seattle! Would absolutely go back!

Can’t say anything bad really, other than the doors locked at 11pm and trying to figure out where to scan my card at that hour under the influence was a challenge the first time lol.

Good location which was walking distance to many central Seattle sites. A relatively small hotel which felt more personal. Front desk very helpful. Room has a menu of items which can be supplied - from kettles to toothpaste. We were in a queen room on 9th floor.

The bedrooms are bright, modern and airy but the entrance hall of the hotel is a bit dark and old fashioned. Not the best first impression (but don’t be put off!)

Overall it was an enjoyable stay in this hotel, the staff were super it was clean and complimentary wine from 5pm to 6pm which was actually very nice. Breakfast cooked fresh on a daily basis and was very well presented. The day of leaving the Hotels main manager came round each table asking if all was good and even came out into the foyer to wish us a safe journey home.

Breakfast was very good. Only sat for an hr. to get my coffee. Everything was delayed because lack of service. You need more waiters and more kitchen staff. Vicente was great. Good waiter skills. Tried to accommodate as much as possible! Good location of the hotel.

Service at restaurant could have been much better. Everyone was complaining of the same situation.

Walking distance to new waterfront park, restaurants and market. Toiletries and bedding are higher quality compared to other properties. Breakfast was AMAZING! It was included with our reservation and was served in the restaurant. Menu included brioche French toast, French omelette, made to order full breakfast.

Street facing room was loud.

Fantastic service from the time we arrived until we departed. Jesse, Bailey and Owen stood out. Exceptional service in every way. Greeted immediately and my truck was parked promptly. I got to talking with the guys and they were super friendly and happy to help. They told my wife and I some recommendations on where to eat and drink and we headed out. When we got back to the room the boys had a welcome gift basket for us! Amazing and totally unexpected. From the rest of our stay everyone was happy to help and answer any questions I had. We will be staying at Kimpton hotels from now on, from the service to the decor you guys hit it out of the park. My sincere thank you to the whole staff! You guys made our weekend getaway amazing! Up to the usual Kimpton standard of charm, character, and comfort, it made our two night stay enjoyable. Curb service with bags and valet parking were very helpful. The bar was a good place to relax at the end of a long day, and the bartender gave us good advice on dining. Pikes Market and many good restaurants are a short walk away.

Room layout was a bit odd, with a corridor bending around the bathroom leading into the room proper, but that's hardly a problem. It does reduce the usable floor space, however. Lack of power outlets easily accessible at the nightstand makes it awkward to charge your phone overnight.

Location was fantastic! Everything was within walking distance. About 2 blocks from Target, 1 block from HMart and Ludi's and about 2 blocks from Pike Place Market. Everything we needed was in walking distance. Valet Parking was worth the $52, our car was safe. Comfy Bed and Atelier Bloom Bathroom Products, smelt so good! Breakfast in bed was delicious!

Aesthetics. Size of the room. Quality of most things. The spa bathroom was amazing. Bed was comfy. Staff was friendly and super helpful.

Minor things such as low-quality toilet paper & hand soap. The tub was amazing except the safety drain is so low on the side that one cannot be fully submerged in the tub.
