Comfy quiet room with tea and coffee facilities and a great tv. Bathroom had all the usual requirements and lots of hot water. The room was well soundproofed, we didn't hear the airport across the road. The restaurant was great for dinner with a choice of curry or European dishes and breakfast had lots of choice and amazingly good croissants. The bus to terminal 2&3 stopped right outside the hotel.

well for starters, I contacted the front desk for information on a lift/bus to get us to their location, I got great info from the gentleman and the airport staff to get the best value and quickest way to the hotel. Then upon arrival we were greeted warmly by the front desk gentleman, who I recognized his voice as the same gentleman that answered my call. The gentleman, a very, very welcoming gentleman named Masanti, joked with us as he completed our check-in, and made sure we understood the lift/bus schedule back to Heathrow as we had a flight the next morning and if you have ever been in London's Heathrow, you know morning lines are extraordinarily very long, but Mr. Masanti made sure we had the proper information and even instructed us to pull up "real" time lift/bus schedule. But other than the room being exactly as expected our one-night stay was wonderful due to Mr. Masanti at the front desk. We have travelled to Europe on several occasions but Mr. Masanti's wonderful attitude and welcoming tone really, really impressed and made us feel so welcome. Because of him, Hyatt Place London Heathrow Airport is now one of my highly recommended places to stay to friends going to spend time at London. Hyatt Place London Heathrow Airport really needs to set up Mr. Masanti as an ambassador on how to welcome guest to their stay. Thank you Mr. Masanti, after a week in Spain/Europe your attitude as we flew back home was a great capstone on our trip.

Great location. Reception staff & restaurant staff were very helpful & friendly

House keeping staff kept coming back & banging on the door. I forgot to put the do not disturb sign out & had put the safety latch on the door.They kept trying to come in the room. We were zonked after checking in from a 13.5 hr flight. You would have thought after the first try to enter the room, with the safety latch on, they would not have come back. On the 3rd attempt I dragged myself awake to get the door.

We had a meal in the restaurant. The person who took us to the table was very friendly and helpful. The waiters name was Freddie. The service he provided was exceptional. He was polite, friendly, informative about the food options. I would say Freddie was the best waiter I have met in many years and the prime purpose of completing this survey is to compliment Freddie and his service. I hope you recognise the effort he puts in. We had the biryani which was THE best biryani I have ever eaten. Just the rice alone was cooked to perfection.

The frequency of the Hotel Shuttle Bus and cost.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Florin, and I must say he is an absolute gem of a receptionist. From the moment I walked in, his warm smile and kind demeanor immediately made me feel welcome. Florin has an incredible way of making every interaction feel personal and genuine, which is rare and deeply appreciated. He was not only approachable but also highly attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met with care and efficiency. His professionalism is matched only by his humanity—he truly understands the importance of making people feel valued and heard. Florin’s patience and empathy stood out, especially when I had a few questions and concerns. He took the time to listen, offered clear and thoughtful solutions, and never made me feel rushed. It’s clear that he takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about the people he assists. I’ve encountered many receptionists in my travels, but Florin’s exceptional kindness and approachable nature set him apart. He is a credit to your team, and I cannot commend him enough for the positive experience he provided. Thank you, Florin, for your kindness and outstanding service—you truly made a difference!

Visiting the Hyatt Place Hotel was the best hotel experience. Stayed for 1 night as we were going to a New Year's Event nearby. From arrival to exit staff were very attentive with thorough explanation of the hotel process. The room we had was quite spacious and the bed was so comfortable - I need to learn the hotel tuck in method as it was so snug. After settling in we went to have our evening meal. Again customer service was on point. The Calamari and the Crusted Salmon were exquisite to the palate. An enjoyable start to a great evening. The Night Team were most helpful with info on how to get back in. Strolling back in after 4, we were wished a Happy New Year from staff. Breakfast was again, like dinner on point with the service. The only thing I would say about breakfast is to also offer turkey rashers as a halal option. My plate was quite basic compared to my friend. On the whole though thumbs up all the way! The parking wasn't free - but it was understandable due to the location of the hotel and it was clearly stated on the website. Should have been able to validate parking but that's a minor as it didn't stop us from enjoying our stay.

We’ve stayed here a few times for the runway view room. It’s always clean, comfortable and the staff are very accommodating. Tamara on reception was lovely and helped us with everything we needed.

Great service st check-in. We were given access to our room 4 hrs prior to usual check-[n time. The room was spacious with great panoramic views of Heathrow Airport's runways...and very well sound proofed. The bed and bedding were very comfortable and of good quality as were the 100% cotton dressing gowns. Spacious fridge in the room.

Measly amount of teabags...just 2 English Breakfast Teabags. Awful shower over the bath tub...a poor dribble. No body lotion or tissues. Although cold breakfast choices were good, the hot breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired...all the items apart from sausages (which tasted great) were lukewarm. The fried eggs when eventually delivered were incompletely cooked with runny albumen and when rejected were taken back in a surly manner...no need for this. If you can't do eggs to order, then don't offer this service.. The scrambled eggs on the buffet were terrible...as they usually are. Better not to offer them.

The staff was incredible. They were the standout of the hotel. We went down to the bar/restaurant to have some dinner and food. We sat at the bar which ended up being a good decision. They were incredibly busy and this ended up being a great spot to get immediately served with drinks and food. The entire restaurant staff was working very hard. Ruben was behind the bar and he was great to talk to. My fiance and I had recently got engaged and they congratulated us with a beautiful dessert. The staff made our visit memorable on a quick overnight layover.

The room was clean and organized, but had a slight off putting smell. Hard to pin point it, but could have been lingering scent of soiled carpets that had recently been cleaned. Sprayed some perfume and we made do since it was a quick stay. This was room 095.

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful reception. Comfortable room and bed. It looked like a newly fitted bathroom with lots of towels and nice quality toiletries. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Because of a noon check out I was able take my time to relax and enjoy it.

After a twelve hour flight and travelling alone with quite cumbersome luggage I wanted to be picked up from the airport. I'd booked the Hyatt hotel because the amenities stated transport from the airport. I was expecting a taxi or hotel minibus but in fact it was either a public transport bus or a Hotel Hopper which had been reduced to one an hour and I narrowly missed one because I was looking for the pick up stop, which wasn't clearly indicated. Being on my own and dragging my luggage around was very difficult. So the transfer information on the hotel website is very misleading.
