New hotel, comfortably expectable standard, good location in the center of Quito, free parking facilities, very polite and efficient staff, they immedietely granted my extra request.

Room a bit small/narrow Breakfast choices somewhat limited - no deli meats for your toast Coffee maker in the room doesn't serve its purpose- despite ample coffee pads being provided, the water produced for brewing barely lukewarm - end result; yellow-colored water, not coffee

Our stay at hotel was wonderful from start to finish. The staff was welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Lack of variety in Breakfast

Maybe not standad for this category, but it would still be nice if there would be a complemenary water bottle already in the room. No possibility for early breakfast, if you want something before 7 am you have to buy e.g. a yoghurt. Would be nice if that would be at least be offered for free in such a case.

Rooms do not have refrigerator, this is a must. Not just for fun for people with health needs.

Well organized and friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet with lots of variety . Excellent restaurants within one block. Rooms have a great view Walking distance to La Carolina Park and $3.00 cab ride to El Ejido Park and the Artesans Market.

Great view from the terrace, good breakfast and super nice staff, we were even allowed to store our luggage for two days without additional cost (and it was a lot of luggage!). Great location next to Carolina Park in a safe area with many good restaurants nearby. Very recommended!

The room and bedding were very comfortable. The location was very convenient. Good for a business trip.

There is no spa, no 24 hour room service, Ive had better breakfasts at other hotels. The breakfast was good, but not great.

Very helpful staff. They arranged a taxi for me and allowed me to keep my bags at the hotel after checkout because I had a late flight.

Great location! Near lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Staff were friendly and spoke good English.
