We didn't have great expectations because the rating was not the best for this property; however, we were nicely surprised. In fact, we booked just one night in case we didn't like it, and ended up extending for another two. The room was very clean and comfortable, and it wasn't loud at all (many reviews pointed to that, but our room was quiet). The staff are extremely kind, dedicated and accommodating. Breakfast was traditional Egyptian and abundant, we really enjoyed taking it with the beautiful view from the 6th floor where it is served. A nice detail is that you also get the gorgeous view of the Nile while using the lift. The location is great with restaurants at walking distance. We also arranged the Abu Simbel tour with them, which was good and at a fair price.

Not a problem of the property, but because it is so centrally located, you will get hassled by people selling stuff and offering rides right from the moment you step out of the hotel.

I liked the property because the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, even when we arrived at 1:00 AM for check-in. The hotel had everything we needed, and the view of the Nile River was truly beautiful. It’s also very centrally located, which made getting around Aswan easy. What made the experience even more special was that I had accidentally left my sandals behind, and the manager, Amr, kindly sent them to me by courier. That level of care and attention really made a difference.

I had a wonderful experience at Hapi Hotel in Aswan. We arrived at 1:00 AM and were warmly welcomed by the staff, who made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the view of the Nile River is absolutely stunning. Its central location also makes it easy to explore the city

The location of Hapi Hotel is amazing and we could see the Nile River from the room's balcony. The facilities in the room were nice and we had a comfortable stay. The breakfast box was provided since we had to leave early in the morning for our Day Tour. The Souk(local market) is very near to the hotel and so is the Corniche with amazing views of River Nile. We surely recommend Hapi Hotel for a great stay.

We had to ask for water bottle to be provided in the room.

The manager and staff were very kind and attentive and spoke good English. The room was very clean and had a terrific view from the balcony of the nearby pyramids. The rooftop dining area provided an amazing view. I highly recommend this hotel for any occasion. Also the price was very reasonable and very good value for money.

To be honest, there was nothing I didn't like about my stay here.

it was well situated, albeit having the main entrance on a back road. Very close to a large local market, which provided abundant entertainment viewing all the merchandise

the street that the entrance was on was a pretty narrow and, once again, dirty street. Google maps have a number of photographs associated with the Hapi Hotel in Aswan, which are not of the Hapi Hotel. How do we tell Google maps to have all of those pictures removed.

The Manager ilhab superb ,he is the best man that i have ever meet in Egypt,he was very helpful about any issue..,real problem solver and honest man. hotel location is very good and central ,,staff also very good ,housekeeping come everyday to clean ,bathroom and hot water ok,bed cosy ,ac working ,elevator working ok ,rooftop rest very good for breakfast that is set menu.For tours they are providing abu simbel and aswan city tours ,overall is very good for me

Rooms needs a little bit renovation ,but no problem for us ,wifi sometimes slow and there is out of range problems

When we first came to the hotel the lobby looked great, staff was very friendly. Everything was sparkling clean and we were offered welcome during of hibiscus. The room we booked was also cleaned, bed well made, fresh and clean linens and towels. The furnishing and vibe of the room was old fashioned - which was different to the feel you get from the lobby, we didn't have any issue with that though :)

Carpets in the room have definetly seen better days and even though the room was cleaned, it did bring the general vibe down a bit, especially it not being the cheapest hotel around. We did feel safe there though and managed our stay without issues, so that is all that matters (plus nice staff - they definitely boosted the experience for better)

My stay at Hapi Hotel was very good. The hotel has an excellent location, close to all the main tourist attractions, which made getting around very easy. The room was very comfortable and clean. Both the air conditioning and the shower heater worked perfectly, making my stay even more pleasant. However, the refrigerator did not work. The hotel staff was always very kind and attentive.

Staff is nice, helpful and kind. The reception of the hotel is nice, big, modern and very confortable, you can take some drinks there while you rest and they have 10 pounds beverages very nice. The rooms are more simple and the one I got was ok and clean. The bathroom can seem also small but comparing with other options in Aswan center, I think its a good option! 24 hours hotel, good air conditioner, nice staff, cheap beverages and you can pay with credit card! Those things are value in egypt!

Nothing Tip to travelers: Bad comments from other people can be scary but I think they are not being fair. The hotel offers what its normal for the status and type. Maybe for some people is not good enough, but I think those people should analyse what they are choosing, and if they are so exigent, then they would need to book a 4 or 5 star hotel and pay for the status, infraestructure and services they want.

I usually don’t spend time writing these reviews but this hotel deserves it. I arrived late at night after driving more than 10 hrs straight and the general manager made my check-in a breeze. I fall in love with the great Nile’s view from the hoteland the attention to details from all the staff! Especially one of the receptionist, I think her name was Noham who helped me organizing all my trip highlights for the two days! Also she spent almost half an hour giving us all kind of tips! And I know we were not the only ones who noticed this way and beyond service from her! Kudos to the leadership! Well, well done guys!

The breakfast was Arabic style, I wish it was more European or American styles instead And the glass in the panoramic view elevator was a little dirty from the outside so it was difficult to take pictures/a video from it
