Spacious room with views of Nile river. I had comfortable bed and all amenities that I required for my stay. I had excellent reception staff. Excellent Housekeeping service.

F&B Room Service - specially food and beverages did not meet the expectation. Asking tips from guests for every small service offered by F&B staff. There were delays with Concierge. Concierge desk was unattended most of time.

The staff is incredible! Every request is fulfilled with a smile and genuine warmth. Everyone was most helpful! Granted an early check-in as we had just completed a Nile River cruise and a Nile view upgrade. Breakfast was wonderful, with many choices from the buffet and an Omelette/egg station. Lunch was very good as well, with grilled dishes actually grilled on an outdoor charcoal grill. A truly grand hotel from the past. Beautiful stonework throughout.

Tough times have taken their toll. While a beautiful hotel, upkeep is lacking. Missing grout in the bathroom and sealant around bathroom fixtures needs to be replaced or repaired. While a Nile view and balcony was great during the day, noise from the street below didn't subside until 2 AM. Aswan's night life starts long after the sun goes down. And much of the action is directly across the street.

Fantastic view on the River Nile, not to crowded, in the evening, sitting next to the river and enjoy a great view. Room was spacious and clean. AC works, bed comfortable, all good !! Customer relations staff very helpful and super friendly. Thanks for everything 🙏 !!!

Wi-Fi coverage in the back yard not that strong, tool usage only until sunset possible.

Staff were very helpful. The General Manager Mohamed Ragab, was very attentive and hands on, ensuring all guests had a pleasant experience and enjoyed their time at the property. Our suite was large and comfortable, with two bedrooms and bathrooms and a living room. The pool area was very enjoyable, with a waiter service and looked out onto the many feluccas and boats sailing past on the Nile. The Main restaurant was half indoors and half on the terrace, providing wonderful views overlooking the Nile. The entertainment facilities were an added bonus and we enjoyed many games of bowling with our children. The guest’s Experience Manager Monica, catered to our every need and ensured that we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The hotel have their own private motor boat, which is a positive addition and Monica organised a private tour to tourist sites on the Nile, tailored to our interests. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel if you are staying in Aswan.

Furnishings were a little outdated, but other than this, I could not fault this hotel.

We booked on line and I made a mistake in the question "how many guests" I answered one as I was making the booking and had a guest - my wife. This gave me the wrong rate and I had to pay extra on arrival. Moreover, our tarriff included breakfast beginning at 06.30 hrs but as we had to depart at 4.30 for the flight, we were offered a carry box. I said not required as we would have something to eat at the airport. Told there would be nothing open at the airport at that time, we did accept the breakfast boxes. We could have been offered some relief from the booking confusion and overcharge but none was offered. At the airport the facilities were all open and fully functional. We could easily have had breakfast there in comfort.

The best place to stay in Aswan! We arrived on a Nile cruise and needed one night before flying back to Cairo. It was our 1-year wedding anniversary, so I wanted to surprise my wife. I walked to the hotel and arranged with them to have a champagne in the room. The staff were really nice, and while I only asked for champagne, they left it with snacks and a cake, as well as decorated the bed! And if that's not enough, I asked for an unobstructed Nile view and they gave us an upgrade to a Deluxe room, which had the perfect room! Breakfast was also great, and staff really want to help you with luggage. They're always available to assist you to bring luggage to the room and back.

Overpriced and a bit rusty decoration. Probably it was a great hotel 30 years ago

Rooms and facilities are good. The kids pool is not too big and food fun. Getting around the hotel is easy. Staff are friendly. The Turkish and seafood restaurants are very good and the quality is excellent.

The lifeguard at the kids pool would get very upset about the kids getting water outside of the pool.... It's a kids pool. They're kids. Hands down some of the worst mixed drinks I've ever had. I can understand messing up a Pina Colada but a messed up Rum and Coke? I think the local alcohol that is used has a very strong, bad taste. Stick to the beer.

We book a room at this hotel for one night stay prior our Nile Cruise. Our flight arrival time was 8:30 a.m. and I had ask the hotel if they had a storage room were we could leave our luggage while our room became available. The hotel reply was quick and accommodating. To our surprise, once we arrived at the hotel, they had a room ready for us. We were so exhausted and happy to find a place to lay our head. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
