My recent stay at The Zen Wellness was exceptional, with impeccable service, outstanding food, and top-notch spa amenities that made my experience truly unforgettable The buffet breakfast has variety of food options, i never struggled to enjoy a good meal for breakfast also the set menu of dinner was AMAZING especially the location overlooking to river Nile . + very new hotel (opening was in November 2023) i.e. still practically untouched hotel complex, very beautiful, new and large rooms + attention is paid to every detail + great & personal service, also for medical cases + high quality breakfast

- some processes still need to be established - in my opinion, when it comes to food, the "Zen style" is somewhat exaggerated here. Fancy, low-calorie Paleo dishes are much more likely to be found than hearty, local dishes. - high costs for personal training, massages etc. - we didn't use these services, but 60 USD for a pranayama lesson is excessive.

Great resort with great staff and amazing customer service, would really recommend for anyone who cares about wellness, enjoys healthy meals, and needs a relaxing break!

The location is slightly challenging, given it's a bit far away from the rest of the city. Would be ideal if they could provide quick access to Uber, Careem, etc.

The staff are a amazing and made me feel home

This property has a huge potential that is still underutilised . We like the set up in non-standard villas , we did not mind the distances , they have buggies to drop you to restaurant and back .

Reception team should be knowledgeable!!! Should promote the facilities of the hotel, should speak English , should be able to offer service and explain products already available - boat trips and difference between them . Reception manager - female , was just sitting outside for coffee every time we passed there . That’s not a manager to set the example to the team

My stay at the Wellness Resort was exceptional I enjoyed every single moment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities that i tried were amazing like Yoga with the expert Dr Sruthi and Massage with talented Fatma. The Food was DELICIOUS and healthy.The Chefs Mr Tamer and Mrs Dalida were very nice and made a great effort to serve the best meals.😋 The staff at the restaurant made sure that everything was well organized and enjoyable.Thanks to Mr Hajaj and the lovely Samia and Marina :). I would definitely go back there on my next trip to Aswan and would definitely recommend it for everyone who would like a restart for your Life. If you crave serenity, listening to birds chirping, and have vast space for walking embracing breeze coming off the Nile, sitting in beautiful gardens looking into sailing boats, yet only 25 minutes away from Aswan by cheap indrive, this is a right spot for you. I had an amazing room overlooking the Nile. Villas consist of only 4 rooms each with a balcony.Rooms are lux, super clean equipped as 5 star resort. The biggest value is the STAFF!I want to thank all the amazing ladies at the reception: Ms Merna, Ms Ghada, and others whose names I didn't remember, unfortunately. They react immediately to any request. Special thanks goes to Ms Rawan, Head of PR! I felt more than welcomed. They all made me feel comfortable and happy. Resort is enormous, and I enjoyed that benefit not to bump into other guests. I don't want to forget kind drivers whose service and efficacy were amazing.

I liked everything. I can only suggest that the restaurant expands manue to local cuisine. When in Aswan, enjoying Nubian savoury cuisine is a must!

Comfortable, quiet room. The food in the restaurant is great (though more on the expensive side). Pool looked good. The hotel itself is actually nice and the staff is accommodating BUT...

... you won't be flexible with anything due to the remote location. Even if you just want to get to the restaurant, you need to use the hotel shuttle (for over 10 minutes). No supermarket or kiosk nearby. If you want to get to the city or the touristic sites, there's a chance that you'll end up paying a lot for transportation (esp. if you don't know Arabic). If you're hungry at night, ordering from the restaurant is basically your only option (and they may ask for a high delivery fee).

We booked a villa for our family of five, which had three spacious bedrooms and a beautiful view of the Nile River. Every moment at the resort was peaceful, joyful, and truly memorable. The highlight of our stay was the heartfelt birthday surprise prepared for my mom. The flowers and towel decorations were so lovely that she didn’t even want to lie down — she kept opening and closing the door just to relive that magical first impression. When we returned in the evening, the beautifully plated birthday message and the delicious cake touched her heart once again. Above all, we are deeply grateful to Manager Rawan, whose kindness and care made our trip to Aswan truly special. Thanks to her thoughtful attention, we had such a happy and meaningful experience. We sincerely hope to return one day. Thank you for everything!
