This is my second review as I extended my stay by one more day in this place As I mentioned before , clean , very comfortable , soho shopping center 5mins walk On the beach lovely place to relax Great staff helpful.

I took the full board Huge spread for food but nothing is tasty , desserts are good Too much crowd in the dinning area and people hoard food like they have never eaten before The wifi is very very slow Please don't buy anything from the souvenir shops in the hotel , it's better you shops at the old market.

Plenty of choice for all nationalities.

The way some people took advantage of the food on offer and filled their plates and left half of it, also loading there bags with food to be taken away from the restaurant. Although there are notices in several languages advising people not to do these things.

Sea was nice and you dont need to go anywhere for swim with fish. Alcoholic drinks was enough dont worry. Personel was kind and helpful and special thanks Karlos from Pool Bar and Bishop from Loby Bar:) Soho square was so close for night walks and also you can go other places with taxi in 15 min. Our flight arrived at night and reception was kind and take semi price for early check in. You can book boat trips from guys who are walk around in beach.

Mosquitos was painful and there is not protection for them in rooms. Room furniture was old but it not so important if it Clear. Balcony doors cant open from outside and there is nothing you can do if you locked outside. Foods was enough but not so tasty or not good for us, especially barbecu and pizza guy behave different to guests and he dont give you pizza if you dont fight for it. House keeping personnels was so kind ( especially Amir) but equipments were smelly. Please more animation for parents....

Location is great, just 10 mins walk from Soho square. Food at restaurant tastes delicious and lots of varieties to pick. Amazing beach with spectacular snorkeling area. Special Thanks to Mr Samuel Receptionist for his support and professionalism. Big Thanks goes to Natali and Akon from animation team, specially beautiful Natali for embracing and entertaining our kid. It was my First visit but wont be the last for sure. Thanks for your hospitality Grand Oasis team!

We need more Beach activities ( like volleyball, aqua gym, etc ) than bellydancing, Yoga and darts. Also snacks are not tasty and repetitive, everyday fajita, hotdog and fries on beach, so doesn’t make sense to eat same food everyday and some people prefer to skip lunch and have just light snack till dinner time to remain enjoying beach time. Gym needs gym lol. Note: à La carte restaurants are free of charge at most of the hotels, just guests book a date and enjoy the meal, so please consider waiving charges for those restaurants.

Perfect Hotel: five stars! -Location: 8 minutes from the airport -Staff: Amazing! Very welcoming, they speak English, Italian and Russian too! -Room: Wi-Fi, the room is very big; big bathroom, comfortable beds, big wardrobe and a balcony! The view is amazing! -Cleanliness: very clean, bathroom is equipped with everything and has a hair dryer! -Food: everything included, you can go at the dining area and eat whatever you like! Also at the bars by the pool/beach -Outside: I was amazed by seeing the amount of flowers, palm trees, and different type of birds. The corals and different type of fish are amazing! The building is unique. -Activities: plenty by the pool, and also a diving area by the beach! Coming back for sure!

The Entrance of the Hotel was welcoming and Amazing. Concierge greetings was so welcoming and Check-in by Mr Nadir was Pleasantly smooth, the Decor lounge was really impressive . Room was absolutely perfect, clean, spacious and a surprise welcome fruit basket for guests was a nice touch by hotel. Perfect start to relax/ work vacation. Restaurant Staffs was so friendly and attentive to serve you. They all worked very hard as its Christmas/ New Year so arrangements are carried on during peak. The variety of dishes/ healthy options prepared by the Chefs was amazing!! Beach and friendly Team of Life-guards 'Mahmood, Ismaeel, Ahmad for towels are available all the time. Beach was clean and well maintained all the time. Lots of Activities available for families, couples, children's. Touring and Exploring just next to the beach. Wonderful Staff all round. Definitely we shall return again very soon.

Very nice beautiful hotel. Everything was amazing and clean. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and the food was amazing.😍 especially the steaks and brown sauce. All the staff at the hotel were so kind, helpful and sweet. Thanks to Filopater who gave me a deluxe room with amazing sea view. The cleaner Ahmad Zidan did it from his heart and a smile when i asked him to fix something in the room. Yaser always made me a delicious omelette and Yaser the manager and some of the other staff in the restaurant always managed to fix some extra delicious for me. Thanks to Esmail who drived the golf car, and was always sweet and kind and always managed to wait for me or come back and driving me forth and back. I will definitely come back☺️ Thanks to all!

The hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms large, food very good with a huge choice. Although we really liked the hotel it was the fabulous staff that made our holiday! From Bassem the Restaurant Manager who made sure I had my Diet Coke always available, Bishoy who cleared away the tables, always with a lovely smile, Ahmed Sherbini our room cleaner who always left a towel animal on my bed and made sure our room was always spotless, the barman who thankfully gave us glasses rather than the plastic cups and Mahmoud Fikry the pool attendant who made us neck pillows out of towels making us more comfortable. The staff make the hotel what it is!

The only thing we would change would be to have individual showers as it’s not our preference to shower in a bath.

The hotel was very nice , very clean and tidy always , pool area was lovely and always managed to get a sun bed . The room was a bit dated but on saying that it was very clean ,always cleaned daily . Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful especially one of the managers amaseka in the restaurant area who always made sure we had drinks with our meals and a nice table , food was good with a lot of choice . The bar staff in the main bar were very nice and always made us feel special , Amgad and Emad were the best at making special cocktails which were fabulous. Overall our stay was great

The only thing we didn’t like about the property was there was quite a lot of rude people staying there who just didn’t understand manners or waiting in a queue!! This would put me off going back to this hotel which is a shame

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Oasis, and we were absolutely delighted with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. Special Thanks to Tamer and the Front Office Team: A special mention goes to Tamer and his team in front office management. They were incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring every need of ours was met. My mum turned 74 during our stay, and they arranged an amazingly decorated table for her, even offering to invite any guests we had. This thoughtful gesture made her birthday truly special. We had a brilliant start to our New Year at Grand Oasis. Unlike other hotels that suggested charging us for the New Year's event, Grand Oasis did not. Instead, they made sure we had allocated seats and goodies ready for us. We were spoiled with scrumptious food, a large and amazing variety of fruits (which we love), free-flowing drinks, and, most importantly, a very warm welcome. Tamer's dedication to ensuring our comfort was evident in how he handled a few ad-hoc requests, especially concerning my mum's low mobility. His professional nature and commitment to getting everything right, along with confirming our satisfaction, were truly commendable. We would also like to thank Omar and his team in housekeeping for maintaining high cleanliness standards. They ensured everything was spotless and comfortable for us. Grand Oasis is conveniently located around an 8-minute drive from the international airport, making transfers and our day trip to Cairo very handy. It's also just a 6-minute walk to Soho Square, there's a shuttle service to Soho Square every 15/ 20 minutes too until 11pm. We went there more than five times during our 8-day stay. A huge thank you to the entire team at Grand Oasis. They work collectively, very effectively, and efficiently, ensuring any hiccup is fixed right away. We hope to be back again soon
