The reef was absolutely stunning! If you love snorkeling this is the perfect place to stay. The swimming pools are really good. Rooms were big and comfortable, the staff was really nice and helpful. The all inclusive formula is a great deal!

With some small adjustement this could be the best resort ever. The worst thing is that the wifi does not work in the rooms. Ping pong table and tennis fields needs maintenance, the food is good but not diverse during the days. The gym is not a gym basically, very old machine. Communications of activities could have been better.

The resort is perfectly maintained. The grounds are immaculate and cleaning staff do a exceptional job. The family room was spacious and very comfortable for my family. A big thankyou to the housekeeping, my son loved the towel decorations they left us everyday. The lifeguard Mustafa was the highlight of our trip. So caring and friendly to us each morning and fantastic with our 2yo son. The beach is spectacular. La Gazela restaurant was our favourite. Clean and the food was very tasty for a all inclusive. The chefs were so welcoming and took great care in preparing food for our son. The children’s playground was perfect as it’s well shaded but I’m not sure I’d leave my child at the Kids club in the future.

Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the pool as the tiles outside were extremely slippery and dangerous for children. We slipped over multiple times and were afraid for our kid to get hurt. We had a few minor issues with the room, but they were resolved in a timely manner. Charging $40 extra for a few hours extra for late checkout is extremely steep considering the hotel was less than 50% occupancy. The staff often showed 0 flexibility and it felt as though they just try to get any extra cent from you.

We liked the beach and corral reefs. The private beach is sandy and kept clean by hotel staff. The facilities were clean and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were very clean thanks to Mr. Kamel from cleaning department who made our vacation even better. There is veriaty of food and drinks through the day. Thanks to bartenders at the pool bar for keeping our drinks cold. Internet was available in the rooms and public spaces - occasionally was slow but generally worked well.

My sister was injured at the swimming pool, she was climbing the stairs to get out from pool and one step broke giving her laceration on her leg. Lifeguard was helpful with the injury at the site. There is the doctor facilities available 24/7 in hotel. Doctor vas very professional and helpful but unfortunately after receiving 2 stitches her vacation was ruined.

Second time in a year for me and my mom at the Jaz Fanara. All the staff starting from the guys at the beach, together with all the guys from the reception, the restaurants, the room, Gaia, everyone was lovely and kind. A special thanks to Galheb from the beach, always smiling, I remember last year he dedicated one hour to accompany guests to do snorkeling. It was a very appreciated service useful to feel more safe and appreciate the reef.

The fact that the service for snorkeling is no more offered to guests. I think is a service that would be very much appreciated and to be given to guests. Guys at the beach especially Ghaleb are way to prepared just to arrange beds at the beach.

Chose it as heard reef was incredible for snorkling. As an experienced scuba diver I really wanted my family of 10 ranging from 8 to 84 year old, to see some amazing underwater scenes and it did not disappoint! Eagle Ray, file fish, octopus, pufferfish, hound fish, beautiful corals both soft and hard… just breathtaking and literally off the beach. The staff were lovely and the hotel was beautifully positioned with a great choice of venues to spend the day. Rooms were clean and the aircon worked really well - we had 5 sea room views and had no complaints. Nino’s the Italian restaurant was worth a visit for the savoury dishes but it did beg the question, if pizza can be that good, why not do it like that at the beach bar too? There was a great range of dishes each day at the buffet and the food was tasty and well prepared on the whole. And it varied from day to day which was great as I’ve stayed in places where everything is on repeat and tastes the same due to the oil used. But not here. All inclusive alcohol was served attractively and tasted good compared to some places I’ve stayed. Red Sea G&T was a revelation! Reception staff could not have been more helpful and responsive. We had 2 birthdays over the week and complimentary cakes were made for each.

The insistent and persistent music did our heads in a bit. It’s just relentless and unnecessary, as it is in every other resort I’ve stayed in in Sharm. This hotel is not unique in that. It does stop at 11pm though and the rooms are well sound-proofed. If you search, it is possible to find some oasis of quiet in the complex. My 84 year old mother could not get down the slopes/stairs to the beach in the heat so I don’t know if there is some sort of service that could be offered to help? Even just a parasol to borrow from reception would be a nice touch.

The staff are helpful and extremally decent and friendly the hotel design is amazing, you can enjoy walking around. the pool is good, for both adults and kids.

the food is not tasty, there was a lot of varieties however it is not delicious, specially the deserts. it is not easy to access the beach, you need either to take the stairs or the ramp, which was not practical for my parents, if There was an elevator that would be just prefect. No WIFI in the rooms.

Had a wonderful holiday at Jaz Farana. We had a lovely room, with beautiful view. Lots of activities and things to do in the hotel and around the pools if wanted. Sandy beach, with good snorkeling opportunities. Good choice of food in buffet restaurant. Staff very friendly. Housekeeping staff very good too. Extremely clean hotel. Went on a couple of excursions ( booked on line, not via hotel ) , great days out .

Sometimes the reps who organise the pool activities can be a bit too loud on the microphone… but this isn’t all day , only when they play games, or pool activities.

Amazing hotel! Affordable price. I stayed for two nights. The location is perfect, very near to the Farsha Cafe and all other wonderful attractions. The hotel has gym, pool and beach is just nearby. The view from the hotel to the beach was wonderful, feels like being in Capri Italy. What I loved the most was that the hotel offered us complimentary breakfast, lunch and dinner and also free flow of alcohol. I am coming back!

Room too small.

This resort is our favorite in Sharm El Sheikh; not overly large but with all the amenities - this was our fourth stay and we will be back again. The staff are excellent all around; especially the folks at the front desk and the restaurant and bars; just a great group of people who made our holiday very special. The grounds are spotless and the room cleaning staff are top notch. The food quality and variety are both wonderful; all restaurants were equally great. I would definitely recommend this resort.

There is nothing that I would fault this resort for.

The beach is amazing, the resort is really great with a real all inclusive and you never feel discouraged to get what you need. A great appreciacion to Mustafa for the superb service done everyday for us and in our room. Thank you! Another sincere thank you to the guides of the pyramids diving center, Maro and Mena, they really improved our vacation to the best with theyr great professionalism and companionship.

Some customers were really unashamed in wasting enormous quantities of food. This should not be allowed in a environment friendly structure as is advertised everywhere.
