Quiet location. Clean room, good size shower room. Buffet breakfast: good selection of food and drink and helpful catering staff. Nice touch on Easter Sunday: Bowls of coloured eggs and chocolate Easter treats put out for guests on the breakfast tables.

Only 1 paper cup provided in our twin room. Uncomfortable beds. No window - had to open door onto carpark to get fresh air. Wet room floor kept flooding. Not enough storage space for clothes.

We arrived at the Hotel parking Lot and got a spot. From the Parking Lot to the Reception very short walk. The staff at the reception was very friendly. The room was clean, the shower was clean, the Beds were comfortable. Even we were facing the main street, after we closed the windows, the room was very silent. BTW, as we had a family room, our two kids liked the Bunk-beds and the bright lights for the reading purpose. The highlight for such a small place was the breakfast, plenty of food always being refilled, the variety was excellent and from our point of view very fresh. We would suggest this place and if we will be nearby in the future we will book it again.

A small refrigerator in the room may be of convenience but is not a must. We had a room for five, but only two stools.

The location is nice near the city centre . the room and the Beds was nice and comfortable also for the children. And the bathroom was nice and neat.

I did not not like the carpeted floor its feels unhygienic. I prefer wooden floor or laminate its more hygienic. And there is no mini fridge or kettle and Coffee machine. But coffee you can order by the receptionist So that was fine.

clean. Close to town train station on a main line but not noisy like a main train station. Staff went out of their way to contact us to be sure we could check in after hours.

If it's not in the hotel vending machine, you can't get it. No stores or convenience shops nearby. Few taxis.

The hotel is very very convenient for families and couples. The parking lot is just next to the hotel, check-in is simple, and breakfast is really good. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and cosy.

It would be a good idea to have a kettle in the room with tea and coffee.

Good location, nice staff, cool reception, the bunk bed was fun for the kids.

There were no wardrobe and no drawer, just a few hangers. The flower in the corridor was withered, looked like not watered for a long time.

All good, the staff was very friendly. because we were checking late in the evening, the reception called me to confirm my arrival and checked our rooms. I am very grateful for this. Everything else was automatically done. PERFECT!

Excellent location, very clean, good breakfast. A no frills hotel that does the basics very well. Exactly what you'd want from it. I also liked their stated environmental policies. They make it clear they're doing their part.

Spacious and convenient for a small family - enough beds for 5, plus we had our own cot for a baby. Walkable to many stores around the area.

Lack of fridge for cooling drinks, cooled milk out the window. We were not the first to think of this as there was a previous milk carton that had fallen.

Nice hotel for an overnight stay. Checking in after 11pm was convenient with the terminal. Room was very clean and breakfast was as expected.

Parking space on site was full when we arrived. We parked the car at the (quite dark) street behind it, though it didn't feel as comfortable.
