Hotel is centrally located by the main shopping street and close to the restaurants. Room and bathroom are big and everything you need is there. Comfortable bed and good restaurant for dinner. Many public parking places very close to the hotel. We recommend this hotel if you like the central location.

Hotel was a bit difficult to approach first time by car due to the construction work close by and super central location. The breakfast selection could have been varied and the marmite could have been on and keeping the bacon and sausages warm. These minor issues did not anyhow spoil our nice experience.

Everything was very good except for the construction project that was taking place outside our window. The noise was prohibitive to getting rest during the day.

The hotel is very well located and quite elegant. The staff, especially Matthias at reception and Nestor in the restaurant were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Parking was a bit challenging. We stayed one night in the on-site lot, which requires the assistance of the staff to use the elevator and navigate into a tight spot. The second night we used a nearby outdoor lot which was very convenient.

The size of the room was fantastic the bathroom in particular with hot tub, the wardrobe, comfortable bed and terrace. The quality of the evening meal in the restaurant was also very good.

The room was difficult to keep warm the central heating was not working efficiently. The first night was cold the second we requested additional blankets then by day 3 we needed another plug in heater. Staff were very attentive to try to resolve the issue. Also the quality of breakfast was poor considering what it cost and after the first few days i didnt go back.

Rooms are extremely big. Never stayed in a standard room that is that big. Beautiful bathroom, very comfortable and big bed!!

The room was very warm, AC only heats but cannot cool. We were advised to open all windows, but the road was very load during night and especially early mornings when the construction workers start (new building constructed next door). You have to pay for parking (30 euro). For me that was unclear when booking the place. It is stated in the hotel’s conditions, but could be stated more clearly. The hotel is more a business hotel and misses a bit of love.

The breakfast was served in the basement. The parking was unavailable and we had to park 10 minutes from the hotel.

Good location. Very nice rooms which gives a feel of luxury. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Hotel reception was helpful and gave good information.

Take into account the high parking rate at the hotel (36€/day) which needs to be reserved upfront and there are limited places. The alternatives are public parking 3min walk from the hotel which are 25€/day or ~55€/3 days. Adjacent to the hotel there is a construction site that high noise machinery starts at 7:30am , it was not nice although the windows are sound proof.

Gorgeous room! Perfect location right in the centre of Andorra la Vella. The jacuzzi and shower in the room were amazing and the room itself was huge. Bed was also really comfortable.

There are currently huge works taking place directly in front of the hotel, so the views are affected by the works and there was quite a bit of noise that started early in the morning and lasted until early evening. I think this is something that we should have been warned about on the hotel website to set proper expectations. Also, the elevator broke while we were there and wasn´t fixed within a reasonable amount of time. Neither of these issues was a huge deal and we had a great stay, but just small notes that the hotel management may want to keep in mind.

This hotel totally exceeded our expectations! Very luxury inside. Comfortable and spacious room with a jacuzzi which was nice to relax in. Very central which was nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and both had a great sleep. The room was very clean and tidy

Parking is very tight! And €30 euros a night is expensive
