We were warmly welcomed with refreshing drinks and a unique introduction to Mamdouh the Falcon and Bandar for Guest Relations, setting the stone for what would be an unforgettable experience. The attention to detail throughout our stay was remarkable. The complimentary snacks, thoughtfully replenished daily, were just one of the many personal touches that made us feel truly valued as guests. The room itself was a masterpiece of comfort and luxury. We were also pleasantly surprised by the Ferrero Rocher chocolates left during the evening turndown service—a thoughtful gesture that made us feel pampered. The dining experience was equally impressive. The full buffet breakfast on the sky deck was a highlight of our mornings, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The lingering scent of bukhoor in the foyer added an authentic and enchanting touch to the overall ambiance of the hotel. Narcissus The Royal Hotel is, without a doubt, the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Every aspect of our visit was carefully curated to provide a fantastic experience. The property is absolutely exceptional. I travel very frequently and across the globe and I must say I have never stayed in a hotel so well thought out, so modern, so comfortable and convenient to the point that images do not even do it justice. This is an absolute gem in the heart of Riyadh. I do not have enough words of praise for this hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all travellers out there. It is modern, cozy, brand new, elegant.

Very minor thing where it would be nice to have a little bit more staff tending to guests during breakfast. There is great variety if food and yet service can be slightly improved in this area, it really stands out from the rest of the hotel as if it does not belong.

The only thing I could write something about is the temperature at the lobby. It was a bit too cool.

One of the best hotel I've ever stayed so far! You feel the ambience from the moment you enter the hotel, with very nice flourish air/perfume, bright entrance, very welcoming hotel stuff. Huge guest rooms, with all facilities in starting from coffee, tea, premium water, fruits. Everyone and all is welcoming in this hotel, even the washrooms ) Breakfast was amazing, with lots and lots and lots of varieties. Hotel location just in the middle of everything - shopping, restaurants. Will highly recommend and definitely will stay there again when in Riyadh

This was my first time staying in Riyadh (and the 1st time in the Middle-East for that matter) Honestly, I was quite worried what to expect (since the travel advice on the gov.uk website was distinctly unfavourable) But the welcome that I received at the hotel immediately put me at ease. Breakfast is fantastic! I have stayed in some really nice hotels in the past, but this one is far better than anywhere that I've been before. The ultimate in luxury! (I need that toilet!)

The wi-fi is a bit poor - never dropped a connection, but the speed is a bit slow The food from the al-la-carte menu in the restaurant is poor value for money

The interior design and all details in marble and lighting. The room was amazing, the technology is great The breakfast buffet was amazing.

They didn't offer me the same room I booked here, they brought an extra bed instead, I wasn't happy with this. It says there should be a coffee machine, but there wasn't in the room, I talked to them about it, and they promised to bring one but they didn't do anything about it. The view is bad

The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. I highly recommend this property, not just for business travelers like myself, but also for families.
