The staff were all so very nice and accommodating. There was a large conference going on over the few days that I was there, and the staff handled it all very well. At no time did my service suffer just because it was busy. I was still given a good amount of attention and consideration.

With the Conference going on and a lot of fairly loud people moving about at all hours, it was a bit noisy at times (children running and screaming, a dog barking, people talking loudly as they walk down the hall). It isn't a reflection on the staff/hotel as they cannot control how people choose to act. It's the only thing I could think of to complain about! :) Keep it classy, folks!

room was comfy and clean. staff are great. central location. sound proof, I usually don't like being placed near elevator or ice machine due to noise, but my room was quiet despite being near both

the taxis are parked right at the entrance so I couldn't park my car to load/unload car as taxis block the driveway. the front desk coffee machine broke down and no notice, apparently broke down the day before. if I had known, I would have made my coffee from my room before I checked out. but that's minor. great hotel overall.

Love the shuttle service, there is a fountain outside in the smoking area and the hotel is super close to airport. The staff were very helpful and friendly, room was comfortable and stocked with everything you need. Keurig machine, none of those little shampoos and conditioners.. everything is in the bottles on the wall so less waste.

Coffee machine in the lobby could be fixed, the Unicity taxi cab driver who took me to the hotel from the airport late at night was kind of rude, maybe they aren't paid enough or something? He didn't seem impressed to be tasked with transporting me. Sometimes if the shuttle is full they will call a cab for you.

They screwed up and there was no remote for the TV and I complained. They took over an hour to respond. Then one of them said that I should get a coupon for breakfast but they never gave me one and i had to pay 15 bux for one. This is extremely poor customer service and next time, Also, it was too much for one night and I will stay somewhere else next trip.

Love that even when our room was near the elevator, it wasn't loud. There was a pull out bed in the living area, so our daughter had her own "room". Location was close to everywhere we needed to go.

The first person we talked to at the front desk didn't seem friendly. Maybe she had a long day at the time we checked in. But the rest of staff were nice and friendly.

Room clean, comfortable and close to elevator. Service in restaurant quick and meal very good. Check-in and check-out prompt, service very friendly, helpful and professional. Shuttle not available but was given a taxi chit. Taxi to airport was available as soon as check-out finished. Very pleased with service.

Size of room was just right for me. Bed was very comfortable, table& chairs, wi fi, extremely lean, staff were friendly & helpful, quiet, bathroom well stocked,

No jug to fill the coffee machine with water. No plastic cutlery. Card key for slide locks on the bedroom doors don't work really well. I found I was reluctant to leave my room because I might not be able to get back into my room without going down to the front desk.

The staff were very friendly, the room was very comfortable and clean, there is ample parking and it is very nice to have a restaurant on site.

It would be helpful if the hotel had more luggage carts and perhaps signage, letting guests know not to keep the carts in their rooms. It seems this is a recurring issue at this hotel.

I liked that the hotel is located a couple of blocks from the airport. all of the staff was friendly and helpful. lots of free parking.

the carpet and the benches in the restaurant are worn out, old and dirty. they need to be replaced.
