The room (2 double beds and a sofa bed) was very large, and included a small kitchen area (coffee machine, microwave and sink), which I wasn't expecting. Very comfortable for a night before travelling to the airport. Coach transfer to the airport is every half an hour, on the hour. They seat around 24 people, so we split into 2 groups as we were a large group of 18 otherwise not everyone would have got on. Paid for breakfast but there was nothing available at the time we left (5am).

The way they take the payment is odd (but we noticed it throughout North America). They actually take amounts out of your credit card as an estimate of what you might spend. Ours was way over as we were only there a few hours and ate in the neighbouring hotel (this does not have a restaurant). It takes a few days for it to get get sorted after you check out, so when you are moving around, you can potentially exceed your credit limit on these prepayments. We had just left a hotel, and were going to another one, so had 3 lots of prepayments on one card.

Everything was just as expected for a very short layover between flights. Good shuttle service to the airport that ran exactly on time. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious and clean. A nice personal touch was my name on the TV screen in my room welcoming me and a free bottle of water upon check-in. There is coffee and lemon water in the lobby, and although there is no microwave in the room, there is one downstairs in the little shop where you can buy snacks/ frozen dinners.

Breakfast doesn’t open until 6:00 and last time I stayed there, there were some “to go” breakfast bags for those who needed to leave before then. Not a big issue, but it would be nice if even some fruit or something could be left out for those who needed to leave before breakfast is served.

Great location, amazing breakfast buffet, very warm staff, definitely good value for money, was able to utilize a shuttle, and the room was a great size, with comfortable bed, amenities and great temperature. In particular, I would like to give a shout out to Harman at the front desk. I spent 17.5 hours traveling from Delhi to Toronto, my connection in Toronto was canceled due to a winter storm. I needed to book a room quickly and just really wanted some rest. Harmon showed me the empathy, grace, customer service and that Canadian kindness that I needed. She got me into my room, wished me luck with dealing rebooking my flight and was open to provide any other services in case I needed to extend my stay in Toronto. I will never forget that kindness. And I look forward to making this my hotel of choice when I am in Toronto in the future.

The things I didn't like were very limited. The wash room sink's faucet only worked on hot water, so had to be really quick with washing my hands. At night, there was some confusion with how quickly the shuttle left the hotel, I missed it twice. However on the second attempt, someone from the desk helped with calling the shuttle back.

Very convenient location. frequent transfers from the airport to the suites, every 30 minutes by minibus. We used this to get to the suites and then the next day to get back to the airport and train station to have a day in Toronto. Breakfast was excellent, my grandchildren loved the waffles and the pool, although small, was clean and available all the day. The room was quiet, except for the air conditioning, and very large and the beds comfy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a restaurant in one of the hotels nearby and a small snack bar in the hotel. There was another snack bar in the hotel with the restaurant which offered sandwiches and fruit and had more items. Lovely view of the sunrise from the rooms

The hotel provides free shuttle bus to and from the airport although I do not get specific information about it from booking.com when I booked. It is near the airport, and the bus driver is punctual.

The facilities are a little bit old. The carpet in the room does not seem very clean. If they can tell the guests that the shuttle bus comes to the airport every thirty minutes automatically(not necessarily upon request) beforehand, it will be better. Besides, there are more than one Hampton hotel buses to different Hamptons. Do not get on the wrong bus. The price is high.

Polite and helpful staff. House maintenance guy came to our room straight away when we were unable to remove a padlock from a suitcase. His bolt cutters helped! Comfortable room, but you can't close the curtains to shut out the lights at night.. ....weird. Good breakfast. Would stay again, but maybe park on the street to avoid parking charges, which are just cashing in on people's insecurities.

Conveniently situated near airport, and the free shuttle bus. Bedroom a good size and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was average. Overall nothing outstanding, but worth it for the night.

Could do with decorating as room and hallways looked outdated and tired. Very disappointed that there was cardboard plates and cups and plastic cutlery to use for breakfast. I guess it saves money but not good to use.

As we arrived late the checking in was fast and seamless.

The driver of the Hampton shuttle was crass and unhelpful. After a long delayed fight he insisted on us showing our confirmation and as we had just arrived and wanted to get to the hotel. it was confusing as when we used the hotel on our stay before vacation and we’re not asked. When I couldn’t find my confirmation he then made me find the phone number for the hotel!

Breakfast was plenty, but didn't taste well. Coffee didn't taste good; egg was dry. Muffins were cold. But there are everything you need: yogurts, fruits, wafers, toast, muffins, tea, coffee, decaf, oatmeals etc. Free shuttle bus from the Pearson Internationa Airport. Spacious room.

For one hour late, it won't let me cancel the reservation. One of the two laundry machine sets doesn't work at all. It should be taken out of the room. I had to uninstall my VPN in order to use its WiFi network service.

Free shuttle , clean comfy rooms with good shower . Only there for layover so suited my needs.

Breakfast not up to UK full English standards , but having an intolerance to all smoked food , milk ,butter and having to watch sugar levels , it is always a problem eating out in Canada . Omelette was ok but some sausages or mushrooms would have made it tastier . My wife enjoyed the ham though !
