Nice rooms and big washrooms. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was ala carte which was amazing as the food was really good.

The airport was going through some IT issues when we were checking in so the staff was all over the place. We didn't get the key and had to keep going to the desk to ask to open the door whenever we went out. The bathroom leaked on our last day so it was kind of a bummer as we had to call them to clean it at 10 PM. The breakfast food is amazing but the menu they gave us has prices on it so it's confusing as it's included but the waiters have to explain that it's free but price is written. I recommend creating a menu for guests who have breakfast included. It avoids confusion.

I always stay at this specific Hilton canopy for work. Staff are always great, vibes of the hotel are great.

When we arrived I shared I was a solo female traveller and didn’t want a connecting room - but when I got upstairs there was one. I understand it’s not unsafe but it’s just a comfort thing for me. I called down to change it and they said I couldn’t. Didn’t ruin my day and overall I’ll be coming back for sure but it was just the only thing that’s ever happened at this hotel that I didn’t love :)

Very nice, rather new hotel in a nice area of Toronto with restaurants and shops nearby. Staff was very nice and the rooms, fitness area and pool were very nice.

The person at the main door asked us too often to leave a review. There is a quite high amount blocked on the credit card to cover potential room damage. This was blocked twice on my card, due to an error at the front desk and blocked quite some money on my card for more than a week.

The staff were amazing and extremely friendly The location is good not far away from the center but in a very active street with nice shopping stores The gym is good equipped

The water bottles ( you have to fill them by yourself) Also some days we would leave late and if you do you have to call for someone to clean the room The entrance ( you have to switch between to elevators to reach to your room )

The staff were really friendly and the room very comfortable. Parking is very easy, but accessible via Selby Street (around the back) which wasn't obvious at first, so if driving here set SATNAV to the Selby entrance. Parking is very convenient at the hotel, but also very expensive at $55 per night. We parked in the underground parking a little further down Selby and paid $28 per 24 hours. Public transport links are good and inexpensive, and we'd highly advise making use of these.

The area is ok, but there were quite a few 'interesting' characters in and around the area. It was fine, but after dark we kept to the main streets. The hotel were also very slow responding to requests... Maybe they were very busy? Who knows?

The hotel is stunning. Everywhere you look, you can see the level of detail that went into it. The king size room was spacious. I loved the duvet, the black out curtains, the furniture, the in-room tea, the full length mirror and the overall decor. I liked that the gym was separated into 3 separate work out areas. I used the Peloton bike and didn't need a membership, it included a QR code that I scanned to see any workout I wanted (I am not sure if it was a hotel account or if a guest left their account open). Nevertheless, I enjoyed that extra perk. Dinner at the hotel was delicious. My friend and I ordered a mushroom and a seafood pizza that was cooked in the huge wood burning oven.

Breakfast was a little slow and the avocado toas with eggs was ok but nothing to rave about. I could taste the vinegar in the avocado. But I enjoyed the view and the service even if slow.

The place is new and modern. I love the facilities and I love the extra touches like the easy touch control for the lights and curtains. Also, we didn't get the hotel breakfast however they still provided breakfast items like yogurt and oats and apples and orange juice which we thought was nice. The room had a Nespresso machine and pods too. The gym was a treat, so was the indoor pool. The bed and the pillows were so relaxing and we just stayed in during our entire stay. The location was so close to Sherbourne station and a good walking distance to Yorkville village. Very-commuter friendly. Lastly, I will not end this review without a special shoutout to Joe, the receptionist during our visit. He was so kind to give us a corner room and was very helpful with our needs. We will definitely come back again and will recommend to family and friends!

I just wish they had a smart TV that allowed screen mirroring for iPhones. We weren't able to use the TV during our stay because we wanted to stream movies of our choice from our own device.

Great hotel with a beautiful spacious room. Work trip meant that we both needed to work from the hotel as well as from another location and this fullfilled all our needs.

Resturant menu was limited. Breakfast was amazing but we ended up eating away from the hotel most evenings.

It was okay

1.The room temperature. It becomes a bit warm at times even though just for a brief moment 2. Their insistent of taking the Special Refundable Deposit only through Cards. They could take money, give the receipt, and refund timely at check-out.

We will be back! Super comfy bed and bedding. One of the quietest hotels I have ever stayed in.Thoughtfully appointed rooms that made outstanding use of the space (I mentally took notes for future renovations). Valet parking was fast and very convenient. Wonderful staff.

Two very, very little things. The bathroom has thick frosted glass rolling doors/walls so you needed to close the divider between the hall/wardrobe/bathroom area and the main room. Not hard, just so unusual that it took a little to realize the huge sliding door/wall actually moved. Wish there was a sign for people driving west on Bloor to indicate the turn off for the valet and luggage entrance so we didn't have to loop back.
