The pool area wasn't Overly busy and it was modern and clean, we had been given a refurbished room which was very clean and modern.... The location was a bit out from Alicante centre but the beach was close with lots of bars and restaurants and supermarkets. To get to the centre its one tram away which the stop is a 3 minute walk away and very cheap.

You had to pay a deposit of 200 euros (181 GDP) which you get back when you check out this wasn't stated when I booked the hotel I only found out via reviews.

From entering the foyer I knew we got this place for a great price. It looked like a five-star hotel, from the rooms to the food and the friendliness of the staff. The rooms were immaculate and ours had a sunset view of the course. The pool area was quiet, with a poolside restaurant offering great food all day and a cocktail bar with smoothie options for those who don't drink. Even at its busiest times, the pool area was quiet. You're a 10 minute walk away from the beach and restaurants, and there are local produce stores nearby for a morning walk for breakfast.

The visit was honestly faultless, we'll be coming back 100%.

I don't think that the hotel sings its own praises: the rooms have lovely views over the the adjacent golf course and it does not advertise the fact that there are two separate tram stations 5 minutes from the hotel. One goes to the top of town in 30 minutes and another goes to the port in 15 minutes. Also, the fares are not expensive. If you want to go to the beach this is an easy 10 minute walk away.

The location of the hotel is excellent but unless you walk for a good ten minutes there is really nothing else near the hotel which means that you are limited to the hotel's restaurant.

Lovely room at a comfortable temperature with a beautiful view of the outdoor pool. I got a good night's sleep in the bed, which is unusual for me, as I rarely sleep well in a bed other than my own! Wonderful breakfast in terms of choice and quality. Very helpful staff, especially in the dining area. Very clean hotel.

Indoor pool and spa were closed and outdoor pool had not been cleaned, so neither could be used.

Outside bar closed most of time

It was a very clean and well kept hotel. The staff were very friendly. There was a lovely pool area and the breakfast was mainly continental but lots of options and nice coffee. The area is not near many other amenities... However across the road there are some decent dining options and clubs.Everything else is a walk or a tram ride away. But if you don't want to be based in Alicante it is a good option Nice comfortable bed good aircon and a spacious bathroom area.

The hotel is a nice, clean, comfortable hotel with good facilities and staff.

We were not told prior to booking that the hotel had a policy of closing its bar and restaurant on Xmas eve. We were only told on arrival at check in that the restaurant was closing early without mention of the bar, we went out for a meal, returned expecting to enjoy a drink from the bar which was fully closed. Ruined our night... Xmas day we played golf to return to the hotel and managed a very quick drink as the bar was closing at 3.00pm. Never been in a hotel which operates this way...!!

Lovely, spacious, newly refurbished room over looking the golf course. Bed was huge and very comfy. Room was very clean and fresh with a really good sized balcony. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Will defiantly be coming to stay again.

The pool was closed due to a private function that we weren't made aware of when booking or checking in.

Nothing in particular but things could be improved such as the additional bed could be wider. More appetisers variety added to the menu.

The view from our balcony to the golf course was lovely. The bed was comfortable and room spacious. Pool area was lovely with more views of the golf course. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It could do with more sun loungers around the pool. On two occasions we had to sit on the grass. The shower over our bath could do with updating as the button was hard to pull up and the tap was wobbling on the wall. Also a bit tatty on the ceilings and walls of the bathroom. However the shower still worked and gave a good powerful shower.
