Very happy with my choice! Exceptional location on cliffs overlooking the ocean and cove. Staff friendly. Loved the feel, decor, and facilities: the heated saltwater pool overlooking the ocean and La Gomera; the pool bar; the different seating areas; the roof terrace with sun beds; the tennis court; the gardens and hammocks; the small gym; darts; pool table; and table tennis. Had a Mountain View apartment - pleasant view. Apartment spacious and fresh. Big en-suite bedroom. Sofa-bed quite comfortable for one to sleep on. Cleaning daily was great. The small resort was perfect for us with enough choices of restaurants and a good little supermarket. Loved El Delfín restaurant close to hotel and overlooking ocean. Little beach was great too and enjoyed walk along cliff top path to next resort. Sunsets from hotel were stunning. Will definitely be back!

Nothing really. Would love a microwave in apartment as cooking only possible on hob. We did know before hand that there wasn’t one. A couple more pans, and kitchen utensils such as cheese grater, jug etc would help ability to cook sometimes. Only other thing that would be ideal is a washing machine but there was one available for everyone to use at a cost.

We stayed in a two-room apartment which was clean, nice and spacious. It had a kitchen with basic utensils to cook food or make breakfast. However, there is no oven or microwave oven. The swimming pool was big and not extremely busy (we visited mid May). There is a nice small pool for kids as well. There is a free volcanic sand beach a few minutes walk from the hotel, too. FYI, swimming pool/beach towels are not provided for free - 15€ per 2 people for the whole stay. The staff was very friendly! We were greeted very kindly. Hotel is next to many restaurants (though not all very good) and a grocery store.

The biggest disadvantage was that the apartment did not have A/C. Even though it was not extremely hot in the middle of May, it was warmer than what I am used to having in the apartment and I struggled to sleep. The room did have a fan, though, which helped a bit. As for a 4-star hotel I missed some extras, like a box of tissues or tea to be replenished daily (or at least a couple of times during an 8-night stay). If you haven't booked all inclusive or half-board, dinner is 35€/pp, which is above what we have spent dinning in the area around and it is really not worth the money.

I never usually leave reviews, but had to on this occasion. The hotel was amazing, not crowded, very friendly staff on the reception and the bar, the housekeepers were nice and accomodating to our needs. The hotel had an amazing view overlooking the sea, nice modern feel.to it whilst still retaining some character. We were self catering so cannot comment on the food, but from what we saw there was great selection and the quality of food looked decent. We chose to stay here as it was out of the way from the business of your usual Costa Adeje/Las Americas areas, but still close enough to get to your excursions via bus/taxi. The hotel was in very close proximity to plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay in Callao Salvaje and probably Tenerife if we tried!

The only thing lacking was air con in the rooms, although a fan was provided.

Attractive, clean , comfortable , spacious accommodation in a great location. Staff are all charming and helpful and able to communicate without difficulty in English. An added bonus were the excercise classes available along with a few UK TV channels. Enjoyable and efficient breakfast . Enjoyable meal with entertainment in the Sea Soul restaurant at the hotel. Other evenings able to enjoy a drink on a terrace whilst listening to the live music in the restaurant. We have already booked to return at the same time next January😎

Nothing - all good

We were pleasantly surprised by the room. The room is very spacious, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views from the windows are simply magical. The food is very tasty and varied, anyone can always find a dish to their taste. The hotel has a lot of entertainment for both adults and children. The staff is very friendly. This is a place you want to return to.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, surrounded by restaurants. It has a very nice pool with ocean water and beautiful view to the cliffs and ocean. The room was very spacious and well equipped. The rooms and common areas of the hotel are cleaned daily. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast has a nice selection of food, but is almost the same every day.

Personally the bed mattress was a little to soft for our taste.

The pool was great, the view from the poolside and outdoor restaurant area was just amazing. The location is perfect if you have a car, it's only a 15 min drive to Adeje, 1 hour to get to the north side of the island. I really don't like the party areas, so this location was amazing. However, I'm not sure how easy it is if you're not driving. I heard a taxi to Adeje is about 20 euros which i personally think is quite expensive. The staff were also very nice.

The bed was 2 single beds pushed together, no latch or anything to join the beds together so me and my boyfriend ended up sleeping on 2 separate single beds which was very annoying, probably the most annoying thing about the room. The drinks at the bar were lovely. However, the food in the restaurant is very mediocre, so we just ventured out for food instead. There is no AC in the rooms, but I personally did not have an issue with it, I didn't feel like the rooms over heated.

Nice and friendly staff, good location if you dont need nightlife, nice large parking lot close to the hotel, nice beach near the hotel. Decent breakfasts (terrible coffe though), every day the same, but decent choice. Served dinners (we didnt have AI), good variety and choices. Taste was good. Easy check-in and check-out.

Expensive drinks at the restaurant (wi didnt have AI), hotel could at least provide complimentary water bottle with the dinner. Street facing rooms are a bit noisy at night (not hotels fault). On our arrival, neither room was ready for 3 persons, only 2 beds were made. We had to make the third one ourselves, the reception just gave us the sheets and towels. We requested to have two adjacent rooms when booking (months in advance), this request was not fullfilled, we had the rooms in separate wings, at least the were on the same floor.

Food was delicious,breakfast with a huge variety,every morning fresh bread. We booked a dinner last day of our stay and it was lovely. Very spacious room,cleaned every day. Spotlessly clean swimming pool. I must mention two outstanding receptionists - Anya & Maria, who were extremely nice and helpful! It was a pleasure to deal with them😀

The location was the only thing I can fault this hotel with. Only few restaurants,not best quality,very quiet and nothing to do there. Small black sand, stony beach. If you'd like more to do,you need to take a taxi (€20-30) to Playa de las Americas or Los Christianos. Evening entertainment quite poor also.

Amazing hotel, feels luxurious & intimate without being too much, we have booked a standard room and got upgraded upon arrival with a see-view room, minimalist beautiful decor, the hotel rooms are very spacious and feel like small appartments, they are very well equipped and the small kitchen is highly functional, very clean. we were not all inclusive, we cooked home made meals that we ate by the balcony with an ocean view, small tip, if you ever want to do grocery shopping do not go to the small dino and diplos, there's a bigger one in the rosa shopping center (that's much cheaper)
