From the first moment we entered the room, we liked it. It is clean, with everything you need. The bathroom is large with 2 sinks. The location is just excellent and Avila herself makes you fall in love with her. They have a very good breakfast for 15€ The parking is 3 min walking for 24,4€ per day

Location outstanding. Next to the cathedral in an old 14th c palace. Welcoming reception I was lucky to be given a room overlooking the side of the cathedral with an alley in between. Room spacious. Super clean. Super comfortable. Quiet night Great value for money

Lighting in room very poor. My major issue was the overpowering perfume smell from the room which persisted through the night. The sheets and towels were fine. Most folk including staff and smokers would be desensitised and not be able to smell it. Other folk like it but there is a large group who find it unpleasant and increasing evidence that such chemicals are toxic for humans and out waterways. Perfumes banned in hospitals.

The view out of the window over the sunshine on the stone walls of the Cathedral from a comfortable easy chair was an amazing bonus, while the hotel itself is one of the historic buildings of central Avila so you feel as if you are living right in the midst of the history. The lobby and lounges gave a sense of luxury, style and interest. Avila is obviously a fascinating place in its own right. The breakfast was superb, with many delightful local touches and some real novelties.

Nothing really, just wanted to stay a little longer.

The hotel is so well located next to the Cathedral and steps away from the medieval walls. The building is quite elegant and well furnished. Staff are extremely accommodating of guest needs.

My room was extremely stuffy. There was a slight oder to the room. I’m very sensitive to any tobacco residue and was suspicious that might have been the case.

Thank you for accommodating our request (loaning us a kettle for my warm water) especially Mr. Jesus Martin who sent me my request as soon as he'd read my message. The receptionist speaks a little english and although he's trying very much to help, i think it will be more encouraging to tourists if somebody can speak our international language which is english. Our room is clean and spacious. We had a lovely stay in the stunning Avila, Spain!

The heater/aircon is turning off and on (which is centralized), i dunno why. I hope you can provide a simple kettle for tea, coffee and warm water. Thank you.

The location was excellent. The staff were so so helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious and everything you could want was available. The staff were always available to help us .

The front was being renovated so We had to enter from the side.

It was quiet and elegant. The location is ideal ( walking distance from both the bus and train stations) . All the interesting sights of Ávila can be visited easily from the hotel. The staff were helpful and there was a good breakfast with lots of choice. My room was very spacious and looked out onto the Plaza del Catedral

Excellent location next to the cathedral and several restaurants. The room was spacious and very quiet. and go there was nothing that didn't work. The Wi-Fi connection was good .

Nothing really. The friends I was with found difficulty in communicating in English with some of the staff.

Slightly odd place but comfortable enough

No dedicated parking. Had to park in municipal car park which was expensive. Hotel in restricted area and access would be very difficult at the height of the season
