Location: perched on a small hillside, the hotel offers an amazing view of the arenal d'en castell bay. The beach below is a short, but steep, 5 min walk. The town is small and quiet. It doesn't offer much past 11pm. Public transportation is somewhat lacking. Overall, it's a good central-ish place if you're looking for rest and a pivot to go around the island. Hotel: spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms, with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping was on point. Pool was ok if you're into that, but it gets crowded. Gym was fine. The restaurant offers a varied buffet that changes throughout the week (except breakfast). It gets a bit busy, but never to the point of being cumbersome. The food was alright for a buffet. Staff were very helpful and friendly. All around, you get what you pay for, no more, no less.

Staff were so friendly, animation team were lovely, restaurant staff were great. Food was delicious and varied. Clean and well finished hotel. Kids club was great for all ages.

Location - not a lot there apart from the beach although beach is stunning. Got the bus to Mahon which was very easy. Air con in room was a bit inconsistent. The airport transfer/beach shuttle bus has a baby seat to be used that looks older than I am which I was surprised by.. spending €150 on a new one would make such a difference. It will never be money wasted to show you care about the safety of your guests babies.

Food was amazing Staff worked incredibly hard. Dinner could be busy, but was so very well managed. Pool was chilled- The adults only area was very beneficial to us. Rooms were perfect and the house keeping team were simply the best Close location to the beautiful beach was a bonus (but yes, lots of steps/hill)

Could do with a few more sun parasols around then pool. Evening entertainment was good but would have been nice ro have gone on longer as clashed with dinner time

I love the views and the rooms were very nice as well as the adults pool. We also loved the dedicated spaces for entertainment and the buffet. The ladies that were entertaining the kids were super nice, especially the tall blond one from Hungary.

The elevator was not functioning properly, and I expected more play areas for children. Additionally, going to the beach was not very convenient. I also noticed insects in the room, which made me unhappy about the cleanliness.

Location is great- close to the beach and beautiful view from the room - spacious room. Great food selections and great staff. It is about 40min drive from Ciutadella center, the road is great so it's an easy drive if you have a car (highly recommended). I broke down my trip into 2 hotels/2 diff parts of the island - Palladium was part of the first half of my trip - easy access to Fornells and Cavalleria (my favorites), also drove down to Binibeca area for the day. It was a solo trip and I felt safe the whole time.

Everything was great, can't really think of anything major I'd change. I guess maybe a little make over in the gym? the gym was a bit too dark. and maybe some more fruits for the buffet, I'm originally from a tropical country and so I always appreciate a big fruit selection, but I got used to having just a few fruits in most hotels, so it's not a big deal.

We really enjoyed our stay at Palladium Hotel Menorca and would go so far as to say this was one of the best value for money holidays we've had. Remember, this is a 4-star hotel so if you're expecting the little touches of luxury and premium service you may be a little disappointed. What you will get is a very modern hotel having been recently refurbished with comfortable rooms (not huge but there was just enough space for us with our little 4 month old bubs), great facilities, helpful and friendly staff (that love kids!!) and very decent food. We went all inclusive which was a lot better than many 5* resorts we've stayed - the food has just enough variety each day and you can have meat and fish freshly cooked for you alongside an array of food in the bain maries. As many other reviews say, the dessert selection is amazing! There are also snacks, sweets and ice creams available at the pool bar if you need an afternoon snack. If you place a lot of emphasis on booze, I'd suggest upgrading to the premium all inclusive package as cocktails are all pre-mixed and spirits are bottom shelf - the house wines were very nice though. There are also daily water sports and activities around the pool which are good fun and the evening entertainment provides a good opportunity to unwind with a nightcap. Some reviews have commented on the evening entertainment and look, no one will be selling out Vegas anytime soon but it's really what you make it - we have stayed in 5* resorts which have had little to no entertainment and it can make for a bit of a dull atmosphere. I want to call out the POP team (Hannah, Cassandra, Jeus) who bring a heap of energy to all the activities and entertainment and are awesome in the kids club as well. Finally, I'd recommend an ocean view room as the view is amazing but also it faces away from the pool which can get quite noisy with kids and music playing etc. if you want a sneaky afternoon siesta (or have a baby, like us).

The house keeping team do a great job and this may be a little harsh but the use of disinfectant leaves a strong smell in the room for quite a while after they have cleaned. Not the worst thing and you get used to it but just something to be prepared for when the smell hits you in the face the first time. If you're travelling with a baby be prepared for the shower/bathroom water to leak outside the shower when you bath your little one (by the way - we hired a bath tub and all of our baby needs inc. stroller and Isofix car seat from Menorca Baby Hire which I could not recommend highly enough). It's one of those low profile showers which looks great, but very annoying in practicality.

Nice location, close to a lively beach. The staff was super nice and friendly. Alessia, the girl in reception was just exceptional. They offer free towels for both the pool and beach. They even offered us a courtesy room after check out for us to use to shower before going to the airport. Rooms are nice and the hotel is generally nice and clean. Entertainment was nice and fun!

I wish they provided a TV with apps like Netflix ( very few channels available). The food was not great, poor choice of snacks and drinks with the all inclusive formula. The buffet offers a good variety however the quality was not the best.

The restaurant is very busy at the peak times, and you may have to wait for a table, the adult pool is just bigger than a bathtub, and the normal pool is actually occupied by kids.

The thing that stood out the most at the hotel was the attentiveness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble, they were all so polite and provided such a high level of hospitality. The facilities, the cleanliness, the furnishings, aesthetics, food and drink. Everything was excellent!

The only thing I was change is the location but that is only personal preference as I like to be active and once you had done the walk once there were no other options. Very minimal restaurants or shops within walking distance but again person preference. Very close to the beach and one supermarket and a few restaurants very nearby.

Food is great and tasteful. Lots of drinks in AI program. I liked that we can stay in the pool after 6PM. Great evening program. Friendly staff.

Price - extremely expensive. If you like swimming in the sea, this may not be the place for you. It's about 2 km to the beach and it's very steep.
