The staff were very nice and helpful, the selection for breakfast was one of the best I had so far in a 3* hotel. There was a very nice rooftop, with a pool, where unfortunately was too cold to swim but it would have been nice to enjoy the city view in the evening but the rooftop was closed at 9 pm. The location was great, a few minutes walk from Llacuna metro station, of metro line L4 with which you can access directly famous sites like Casa Batlló, the gothic quartier or Sagrada Familia. We could also see the sea from our window, which was 10 minutes walk away. The airport is also very easy to access from the hotel by taking the metro to the station Passeig de Gracia, then walking for 5 minutes to Casa Batlló and taking the train R2Nord (appr. 25 minutes to the airport).

The only thing was that I received 8 different emails after making the reservation to do check-in by downloading an app, which I didn't want to do and after a while it just got annoying.

Location was great. Near restaurants, not far from the beach and landmarks. Room was very comfortable and good size. The pool and terrace was quite special, made a huge difference. There was a shared iron room available for use. We were able to lock our lagguages before the checkin time and use the pool and bar. It was great.

Breakfast was underwhelming. There were limited options of fresh products.

Location is premium. Very close to the beach, beside Rambla del Poblenou, a delightful place packed with restaurants, supermarkets, and everything else you need. Hotel is new. Breakfast great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Terrace is stunning, swimming pool and views excellent. Staff great.

Rooms kind of small. We asked for double bed and they gave us twin beds that were apart all the time during the evening. Not enough place in the bathroom to put towels to dry (hooks). No shelves at all - sink was crowded with our toiletries. Poor toiletries choice given by the hotel. No hooks also in the bedroom. We had to improvise to dry our swimming suit and towels coming from the beach. No frigobar, very bad as was super hot and no place to chill beverages. No replacement of water. Only 2 given on arrival. No water refill station in the property. Lift was kind of nightmare. 20 minutes waiting for it most of the time.

Location was excellent, close to the beach, public transport (metro station, bus station is 5 minutes walk), Sagrada familia is 30-40 minutes walk, shopping mall is 20 minutes walk. Roof top terrace suggests a marvellous view to the city (15th floor building) including Sagrada familia, beach, has bar and nice pool. Room was neat and had enough space for luggage, everything was clean and comfortable. Shower had great water pressure and pleasant smell of seaweed shower gel, really liked it. Breakfast was good, but not too much options with meat for those who do not eat pork. In addition really liked the luggage storage in separate room with lockers, we were given card to enter storage room and could use it at the hotel (terrace, restaurant, lobby, wc) even after checking out, so we spent our extra time while waiting for the flight just chilling on terrace with nice cocktails enjoying gorgeous view. Thankful to relationship manager for solving issues related to room and staying at this hotel

Hotel accepts ONLY euro, exchange office is a LOT far away from the hotel. When checking in, it would be nice if receptionists would ask guests if they would like or not to pick up bottle of water, because there is no water in the room at all. Has to be admitted it is a large urbanized hotel with a big flow of guests, but in my opinion details of service make a lot of whole impression of the hotel

Excellent assistance at Reception with food recommendations within the area, even booked a reservation for us at a local restaurant. They were also happy to book in any tourist sites for us. My lock on my luggage was broken and hotel maintenance was here within a matter of minutes and corrected the issue. Property was clean and beds were comfy. Rooftop view was amazing, can capture awesome photos of the city. Even from room. Have the ability to add on buffet breakfast for €14 per morning. Decent variation in food offerings. Close to train station, about a 5 minute walk. Which takes you into the CBD.

Only aspect I can fault was the shower temperature inconsistency, which was annoying.

We loved our stay. It was all very clean, the showers were great, the beds were really comfortable and on top of it all, the service was fantastic. At check in the staff were really friendly and helpful. At our first breakfast we asked for heated oat milk which Mikel brought us. The next day, we didn't want to bother the staff by asking again however, as my partner was about to sit down, Mikel already had our heated oat milk ready at our table! The following day I was feeling sick and couldn't go down to breakfast . When my partner asked, they put together a delicious bowl of fruit and yoghurt for me to eat up in my room. Please congratulate your staff on making us feel so special and welcomed in your hotel.

Breakfast was very nice. There were a lot of things to eat, several coffees, also few juices. You could find both salty and sweet variations of the food. I think that the hotel could improve if there were more types of egg preparations. Just a recommendation, not a complaint.

We booked four nights. Two of them the air conditioning wasn't working and a plug close to the bed also. At first I thought that we don't know how to turn the air conditioner on but then I went to reception and asked for stuff to come and check and it indeed didn't work so they repaired it. I would like to give credit to the very fast reaction of the hotel right after my complaint.

The view from the rooftop is amazing, and the swimming pool is a great bonus. The breakfast was well worth it, it was delicious, had some local products. The hotel is clean and has a nice modern finish. The AC saves the day. They pay attention to small details, there's info about when the breakfast venue is busy, what's vegetarian/vegan and staff is very nice. During our stay the hotel asked us if there was something they could do to make it better. We had a pleasant stay and if we are around Barcelona, we would be coming back again here. Short walk to the beach, which happened to have a beer festival during our stay :) shops and eateries around the corner, and we didn't end up using the transport as Sagrada familia was like 40-50 min walk away, so we planned around and saw the most important attractions just by walking. The hotel is very close to one of the bus stops for the hop on-and-off bus tours, so we used this to our advantage :). Oh, and the taxi from the airport was well handy.

Nothing that we particularly 'didn't like', but these extras would be superb: A kettle would be handy - however on our last day we saw a guest request a hot drink to go - would use this option if we knew about this sooner. There's something about the type of pillows that are used - took time getting used to them.

Great location not far from the beaches. Great breakfast with lots of options and everything was delicious. There are lots of good restaurants and bars near the hotel.

small thing but some small fridge in the hotel room would be appreciated in such hot summer.
