Price - Good value for 3 nights for us. 👍 Location - Superbly located for a less busier end of the beach, and a bit quieter and more local being away from the main centre slightly. Walking not an issue for us so worked well for our needs. Some lovely local coffee spots, restaurants and usual amenities for groceries and pharmacists etc. 39 euro taxi ride from hotel to airport booked via the hotel, reasonable as we spent 33 euro to get about 1km away on arrival 👍 Staff - Superb! All of them were brilliant! Helpful, smiling and never an issue from start to finish. Great help checking out, keeping bags safe and secure and having a taxi arrive spot on 7.30pm for the airport home. All spoke superb English and were all very accommodating to us. 👍👍❤️ Room - Given the price paid it was more than reasonable, cleaned nicely every morning and never felt unsecure. Some may find the wall a bit thin and the dragging chairs above a bit of a nuisance but not so much so for us. 👍 Food - Only stopped for breakfast one morning, reasonable enough but we went in search of other options out and about. Facilities - The scooters available to rent via the hotel were a game changer in seeing the city. Having been personally 3 times before, but the last time being a decade ago, these enriched the Barcelona experience hugely! 25 euro from 7am and return by midnight, and we could change them if we ran the batteries down. There was a few so for two of us we could change them and head back out! Superb these! 👍👍. We didn't see much else of the hotel such as the rooftop pool and bar etc, but given the experience I would return and give these a visit next time with some warmer weather and sun. This is the start of March this time though 😂. Overall - Given the cost per person, couldn't have been happier with the experience overall.

Kind helpful staff. You can lock your luggage in the office store at the hotel if you want to go exploring before checkin time. They tag it for you. Room 301 is lovely with a nice deep jetted soaker tub next to bed and a cute private balcony with view of the ocean. The bed is a little firm but comfortable. A safe and refrigerator with waters, coke, and beer was provided. Bathroom amenities include a walk in shower with hand held shower head, disposable toothbrushes, tissue purse packs, slippers, robes, and body wash. The breakfast buffet was approx 15€. It has a nice variety of good and cold foods and drinks including a multi coffee/ cappuccino machine. There was a huge display of wonderful pastries. The glazed or ham and cheese croissants were so yummy. The hotel is very close to the stop for the city bus. The front desk provides maps and tells you which bus to take. You can also purchase your hop on hop off in tickets for a small discount at the front desk. At night the kitchen staff cooked us hamburgers and fries.

Upon our initial arrival at the hotel we had not slept in 40 hours so I am aware that we were probably a little less patient than we would have been otherwise. Transfer to the hotel was uneventful by Uber. Then we were told to come back in 3 hours to check in. In our zombie- like state we wandered off, ate some Venezuelan food, and walked back. We tried to stay awake but literally fell asleep on the lobby couches. My husband needed to ask a few times for the check in: the first room we were put in was a modern layout with a huge window facing the oceans. Unfortunately the AC and a few lights did not work. We were moved to a much better room across the hall and were beyond glad to finally sleep.

Great location, close to the beach, only a short walk to the metro station which was only 15/20 minutes into the centre. Was lovely to be so close to the tourist attractions but also be able to get away and relax on the beach away from the crowds. Loads of lovely restaurants nearby, didn’t struggle to find a good meal, SOCO was one of our favourites. Staff at the hotel were great too and sorted us a taxi to the airport on the way back, which made it very smooth and at a fixed price too.

lovely staff, spoke to reception, room cleaner and bar staff. All spoke good English. Fridge in room, decent size so great for storing snacks in and the cleaner replenished the water each visit also. Brilliant location only a short walk to the beach and bars/restaurants

The only thing that’s lowered my rating slightly is that the roof bar wasn’t very big so it was often full and they didn’t have bottles of radler so we were buying Clara at €5 would have been nice to have a cheaper bottle as we would have bought more. Also to get your room cleaned you need to put out the sign on the ‘clean me’ side which isn’t a complaint but you just need to know as previously in other hotels they have just cleaned the room as standard and only not if you put the do not disturb sign out.

Spacious rooms. Very helpful, friendly, accommodating staff. Great AC and showers. Amazing location just across the road from the sandy beach and many sports facilities. We enjoyed hiring the hotel’s bikes and found cycling a great way to explore the city.

The views from the rooftop were great, but as a family, I didn’t love the pool. It felt quite unclean and an accident waiting to happen in terms of there being a sheer six storey drop from the pool to the pavement below. The pool had a ledge against the edge of the roof that young children could easily climb up and go straight over the top of the very low barrier. Our children were older so it wasn’t such a concern, but there were many younger families using the pool. There were also some exposed wires in our room hanging down from behind the bed head. Again, with older children this wasn’t such a worry, but it is a concern for families with younger children.

We had a great stay at the hotel. We stayed in one of the junior suite's and originally asked for one with a balcony but on arriving at the hotel the guy behind the bar gave us a couple of options to try and we actually went for one without a balcony. The location of the hotel was chosen to be near the beach and we were very happy with where we were based as was a short walk to be at the seafront. Our room was amazing, really spacious and the shower was really good. The drinks in the fridge on arrival were a nice touch. We had breakfast each day which was of a good standard, similar to most European hotels and a good selection. Could do with better tea from and English perspective. The roof bar was nice if a little pricey compared to other bars in the area, nice for one at sunset but would be costly over a longer period.

One of the lifts was out of action which meant long wait times for the lift each day.

Great location and pleasant stuff. Room was decent. Not brand new, a lot signs of use but it was clean. Terrace and the view.

Room isolation is not that great. You can hear everything from the lobby. This was the biggest downside Swimming pool on the top is pretty small and water is not heated

The breakfast had a pretty good selection, fresh pastries, fruits, scrambled eggs and bacon, pancakes, juices. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the rooms were clean and spacious enough. Public transport stops are close, and the beach is just across the street. Excellent location.

No kettles or hair dryers in the rooms - an awful oversight for a supposedly four star hotel. The sink seemed to be clogged. Only one of the two elevators were operational, which caused huge issues in the mornings when six floors of guests are trying to head downstairs for breakfast.

Before our stay with this hotel, I had emailed them with a few questions where they responded straight the way and carried out a request I had which I truly appreciated. I thought the hotel was lovely decorated, very modern and our room was a nice size and very clean. The staff were really welcoming upon arrival and extremely helpful throughout our whole stay from recommending restaurants and making the reservation on our behalf, helping with trips and giving advise, even booking our bus tour, right down to arranging the taxi for the airport at the end of our stay. A huge thanks to the bar staff, nothing was to much trouble for them either and they were extremely attentive. Overall a brilliant stay and weekend.

The only thing I could mention and this is being real critical and that was there wasnt any tea making facilities. I did raise this at reception and he explained that these were only available in the suites but he would try and source me one if there was one available. Even though he couldnt, I appreciated that he tried.
