Very clean , very helpful, very nice to the customers

Nothing actually was my first time in a hostel stayed in the female room it was lovely actually

Excellent location. Friendly staff and it was clean and tidy. A place to leave our luggage for the day helped a lot.

The "cages" below the beds that are used as lockers. It is not a bad idea in itself, but they are quite noisy and people would wake us in the middle of the night searching for their stuff. The pillows could have been better.

I had a great stay at this hostel! The location is excellent - close to everything you need. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the terrace is a lovely place to relax. The shower rooms were clean and well-maintained. Overall, highly recommended!

Very satisfied with the stay in the hostel, the staff is very friendly and always happy to help in everything. The apartment has all amenities and a great location. Always clean. I recommend it for a stay and will definitely choose this place again next time.

I liked everything.

Unbeatable location, so central. Friendly stuff, young crowd. We booked last minute due to a contingency so we got a quatriple room for just two people. It'd be nice to have a water cooler in the kitchen area, other than that, great.

The very unpleasant smell going up and down the stairs. Apparently coming from the Subway eatery next door. Not their fault.

The location is really specially for a short trip. The room and bathroom were cleaned and the shower was good. We could do the check in after midnight. The internet was good.

It is a bit noisy. There is a loud sound of water during all the night. I don’t know why but I think because my room was close to the shared bathroom. It is also possible to hear people talking in the corridor.

Incredible location in the centre of Madrid, just a short walk from the bus stop and train station. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Clean rooms with comfy beds. Good value laundry service.

Bathrooms had shower curtains, which wasn’t great for privacy considering they were located right beside reception. Not a very social hostel, there didn’t appear to be any activities for guests - would be great to have more opportunities to connect.

The location is fantastic. The staff very friendly and helpful and the place was spotless. And very quiet at night time which is a plus!

It was excellent considering the rate at such a location.

Extension of the time for the kitchen since it serves as the only common room for people who may want to study or work late into the night or early morning may want to always take coffee after the 11:00pm.

The room was nice and clean! Thanks to stuff for early check in cause we were very tired and needed to sleep. The location was perfect.

The one thing was that there was no window in the room therefore it was stuffy in the room. Everything else was good!
