The location of this hotel is great. I can easily connect to airport bus and also metro in Barcelona. The room was very clean. I have to thank the front desk for helping connecting the taxi that I ordered via booking.com when it came late without any prior notice. I tried to contact the vendor by myself but somehow my phone did not work.

In the room I could hear other people talking because my room was next to the patio. Sometimes I found it noisy.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Onix Rambla located right in the heart of the city, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The room I was offered was incredibly spacious, which made my stay all the more comfortable. What truly stood out was the addition of a private balcony The room itself was well-furnished, with a large and cozy bed that ensured restful nights. The interior design struck a balance between modern comfort and inviting warmth, making it feel like a home away from home. The balcony added an extra layer of charm, providing a serene space to relax with a morning coffee or enjoy the evening breeze. The hotel's central location was another highlight. Being in the city center meant easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Despite its central position, the room was quiet, allowing for peaceful relaxation after a day of exploring. Overall, I am delighted with my stay. The combination of a spacious room, a private balcony, and a prime location made it an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and convenience in the heart of the city!

While my stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, I believe there is room for improvement in the cleaning service. The spacious room and balcony were wonderful, but I noticed that the housekeeping team could be more attentive to detail. Cleanliness is a crucial factor for guest satisfaction

The silence. I was at the rear of the hotel thus avoiding the street noise. The location was excellent. It was opposite bars and restaurants, so we didn't miss tea/coffee makingA facilities. It was exceptionally clean. It provided extra pillows on request. The hotel could make bookings for events and taxis. The staff was well informed and able to provide directions.

The absence of a comfortable chair, and drawers. The breakfast offerings were disappointing but adequate. The shower was difficult. And the screen wouldn't move more than an inch or two.

Property had super location, just no words! Room service was really good, room was very clean. Reception staff were friendly. We had inner courtyard view and room wasn’t noisy at all.

We just wasted our money on breakfast. It was horrible, choice was poor and everyday was the same. We skipped last 3 breakfasts because of this. Hotel only provided soap bar and a 2 in 1 shampoo and shower gel. Only these two things were in the bathroom.

Location is exceptional. You can’t get better than that. Right in the center of Barcelona, super safe, easy access to all types of transportation, few steps to restaurants and shopping.

No coffee available in the hotel in the morning unless you buy the entire breakfast package. They have coffee machine that you can use starting 12pm (noon), but not in the morning. Also, no shower cap, or shampoo, or conditioner..

Fairly basic room but it was large and very clean. Bed comfortable. Great location close to attractions and public transport. Staff friendly and helpful.

No electric kettle in room and hot water was only available in the breakfast room between 7:30am and 11pm. Bidet in bathroom is a hazard when getting in and out of the bath tub for a shower.

Great position, walking distance to Casa Batlo’, La Pedrera, las Ramblas, El Barrio Gotico and even to la Sagrada Familia. The staff (at the reception, at breakfast and the cleaning team) was really really nice and very helpful. The room was easy but pretty big and very clean. The bed was super! The best bed I’ve ever slept in an hotel! I will surely choose this hotel again for my next visit! Thanks!

We came into the hotel early at 11 am and thought we may have to wait in the lobby until 3pm but the hotel staff were kind enough to give us our room early without extra charge. The breakfast spread was very good. There was tea and coffee available at the first floor through most of the day, which was very helpful.

There was no AC so when we opened the balcony door to let the fresh air in, there was so much noise until midnight from the Ramblas that we could not sleep properly. The gymansium and the terrrace pool had limited hours ( closed at 5pm) so we did not get a chance to use it.

Welcoming staff, our flight was delayed, even if we arrived at 2 am in the night a member of stuff at the reception was very pleasant. The room was a generous size with comfortable bed.

I didn’t find the room cleaning service up to my standards. Water in swimming pool seemed dirty. Charge for breakfast was I think a bit high comparing to what we payed when we had breakfast in cafés near the hotel.

We got a very comfortable room with Rambla view. Even though the temperature was relatively high in Barcelona the days we stayed the room was fresh and we slept really well. The staff at the reception were very helpful. The swimming pool is relatively small but it served the purpose of helping us cool down after the sweltering temperatures during our walk through the city. I believe it's the fourth time I have stayed in this hotel and it never disappoints.
