Great stay with a super prime location!! I booked an 8 bedroom dorm that was quite spacious with wide lockers underneath the beds. Our room (308) had the balcony and man what a view to walk out to in the morning! The hostel is well-located with a five minute walk to Plaza Catalunya and the A1/A2 bus that takes you the airport, metro is a close walk as well. Belushis Bar downstairs is definitely a vibe and worth a checkout.

The room was fine except for the last night where a dumbass, german girl expected the dorm room to be super quiet.. This is not a private, hotel room, this is a hostel dorm where people come at all hours throughout the night and some noise occurs. If the noise bothers you that much, you have two options; wear earplugs or go book a private room elsewhere! People that act entitled like this girl are the ABSOLUTE WORST and should definitely NOT stay at hostels! When staying at a hostel, you compromise noise and comfort for the social experience. If that does not work for you, then kindly f*ck off and book a hotel.

The location is unbeatable – right in the city center, close to everything. The staff were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was vibrant and social. Perfect for solo travelers or anyone looking to meet people.

However, my stay was negatively affected by a few things. The shared bathroom was not always clean, likely because it was used by all the rooms on the floor, not just a few. Sleeping was also very difficult – two girls in our dorm played loud music late at night, left early in the morning making noise, then returned around 6:30 AM and continued playing music and speaking loudly. Also, one of the listed facilities was that towels were included in the booking, but once I arrived, I was told I had to pay extra for them.

Absolutely amazing stay! The hostel is super central, just a 1-minute walk from Plaça Catalunya metro and bus stops to the beach and Park Güell, which made exploring the entire city incredibly easy. La Rambla is literally around the corner, and all major attractions are well connected. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe even when returning late at night. The dorm was quiet despite being shared, and the curtain on each bed provided great privacy. I slept so well! Clean private bathroom in the room, helpful staff, a cozy bar for breakfast next door, and the option to store luggage were all big pluses. I didn’t join the hostel activities since I had my own itinerary, but it was nice knowing there were options. Would absolutely stay here again!

The location was perfection. Right next to Catalunya square, and you can step out and immediately start exploring La Rambla, the Gothic Quarter and continue to El Born all on foot. Also a metro station straight out of the hostel. The breakfast buffet was great and very filling for a great price. Comfortable bed and lockers. A nice shelf above the bed. Bathrooms always were clean and had toilet paper which is impressive.

The showers are kinda annoying. There are handles to hang stuff but they keep falling because the handles don’t have anything at the edge. So if you are going to shower, be prepared for all of your stuff to fall onto wet floors. Also there is barely light in the room, if you are not near the window you need to use your flashlight even during daytime since there is one tiny light for a pretty big section.

The location is fantastic. Right at the foot of Plaza Cataluña. 24-hour markets, bistros, cafes, and everything else are right next to the property. Starbucks is right across the street. The rooms are nice. The storage closet is very spacious. It's nice to have curtains on the beds. The bathroom and toilet are cleaned regularly throughout the day. The reception staff is very attentive and friendly. This is a place you won't regret. There are also storage closets available after checkout.

I'm sorry, but there are two things I have to mention. First, the smell in the stairs leading up to the first floor near reception is terrible. So bad that it's hard to breathe. Another issue is that even if you pay for the 24-hour storage lockers, you can't retrieve your belongings after 9:00 PM. They charge for an additional day's stay. I think this is absurd. Or, it should be clearly stated on the lockers.

I had a great experience staying at this property! One thing I really appreciated was that they allowed me to check in early since my bed was already available—this was such a relief after a long journey. The receptionists were very accommodating and friendly, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. All the staff I encountered during my stay were nice and helpful. Overall, excellent service and hospitality. Would definitely stay here again!

The second elevator was under maintenance during my stay, so there was only one elevator available. Sometimes there was a bit of a wait if you didn’t want to take the stairs. But honestly, it didn’t bother me much since I was okay using the stairs, especially considering that other hostels I’ve stayed at didn’t even have an elevator. Overall, still a 10/10 experience!

The location is great and no need to use a public transport. Everything you need is just around the corner. Rooms are quite big (stayed in 12 beds dorm for 5 nights), lockers are huge and perfectly fit all your belongings. Enough showers and toilets and never a problem of using them. Public areas and rooms cleaned daily. Made couple of friends. Special thanks to the staff members. Keep it up guys!

Rooms need proper ventilation. Windows are blocked from opening and housekeeping opens them only for an hour or so. Badly snoring people have to be banned from staying in a hostel but it has nothing to do with the property. Sending my warmest regards to the guy who checked out next day after my arrival and stole my charger.

Hostel itself is excellent. Staff are responsive and everything is in order. Facilities are well-equiped with basic amenities. Since the location is at the centre, most of the attractions are walkable. It is also a place of meeting new people. For sure, I would choose this same hostel on my next visit to Barcelona.

Almost nothing. Except the person who snored so bad, though this is not for the hostel control given that I stayed in a not single-bed room, it's normal.

Great location! There was about 3 different metro stations close by, so one could explore the different parts of the city easily. Due to the location one could also walk to different attractions the city is known for. Lots of commercial shops and restaurants nearby.

Since it is in the city center one could be disturbed by lively city (traffic, pedestrians and night life). It did not bother me though, however, it can be something to note. Although, one would probably not choose this location if they did not want to be in the middle of the jam. :)

The hostel appeared brand new and well kept, people cleaned the place twice a day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are lots of programs the hostel advertises everyday. The rooms are air conditioned and I rarely felt hot. There are little curtains on the beds for additional privacy too.

The men's shower room smelled awful. There was always some water left on the floor. You have to pay for any long term storage before check-in time or after checkout. In comparison to the other amenities, these aren't deal breakers imo.
