The Ambassador playa 2 Benidorm is a lovely hotel the location for us was brilliant,we had the best holiday ever,the staff from the reception ,restaurant, bar and room service are fantastic.food was amazing there is some thing for everyone.the room was lovely and clean spotless .we go to Benidorm every year and now we have stayed at the Ambassador playa 2 I will stay no were else .we met some lovely friends there to ,we have booked to go again next year before we left the Ambassador carnt wait till I go again.thank you Ambassador hotel and all the staff .

There was nothing I didn’t like , i think the only thing I could say is a few more sun beds around the pool area would be great.

Hotel location is great, right in the middle of bars, restaurants. You hear some slight noise if balcony door open but once closed its quiet. From reception to dining to the cleaners, all the staff were friendly, professional and always happy to help. The food was lovely, each day had a speciality, Spanish, Chinese etc. Lots of choice and 2 separate stations so didn't have to wait. Drinks in hotel not expensive, and has entertainment in hotel an attached bar "Endeavour" at the back of Ambassador 1. Room was lovely beds were so comfy and the showers were really powerful. The pool was nice I think 1 warmer than the other. Plenty of sunbeds and brollies available. They are part of Hoteles Benidorm. So you can use your room card in other places, Western Saloon, California, Presidente, and others to get a discount on drinks not a lot but it all helps. I would def recommend this hotel it ticks all the boxes.

the food was lovely, the staff happy to help and always smiling behind the bar, the restaurant staff could take a leaf out of there book as there not as happy.

I didn't like the fact that you was not allowed to drink your own bottle of water around the pool, you have to buy there water at the bar. But it still didn't stop me. I understand drinking your own alcohol, but water in hot weather i think it should be aloud especially if you have a big family it could be very expensive if your there all day.

I have been to the Ambassador Hotel 6 to 7 times now but the big disappointment this time was the food. Although there was nothing really wrong with it I found it wasn't of the same quality pre Hotel renovation. It is still 'a value for money hotel' but in my opinion it was one of the best hotels in Benidorm for the food we really loved it. I don't want to put anybody off when reading this because there wasn't anything wrong with the food, It just wasn't as good as it has been in the past - great shame. Keith Evans

Very, very clean room and bathroom, delicious food, excellent service. I love it during winter time: not so crowded. We received a room over the bar but they were very kind and changed room to another. Thank you for the service.

They give us (me and my child) a room over the bar, that is kind of weird 😕 but they were very kind to change it right after I've find out that is the noisest room with the noise from the bar (which is open till 00:00). At least if you have that kind of room - the price should be twice as little as a normal room or you should give it to people who are staying in your hotel for a night life.

Sunbeda around the pool are very close together. Despite the rule being advertised about beds being monitored that are reserved with towels and no occupants, this was not the case. Many many beds were reserved and towels not removed like advertised. Booked a taxi from reception back to airport. Worse taxi ride ever. Laura Garcia was her name and would advise to avoid using this taxi. Over tired to the point of being dangerous. We talked to her to keep her awake. Scary end to our holiday. She co Stanton went of the rumble plates and needed to stop to get monster drinks to stay awake. Then had the cheek to try to charge us €150. We dropped to €100 when we protested. Not what we expected from a booking made through the hotel. Would advise checking who they use out

Just home today after a 5 night stay in the Ambassador Playa 2, have to say from start to finish it was fantastic, definitely the best hotel we have stayed in Benidorm to date, the food was lovely compared to other hotels we have stayed in, staff couldn't do enough for you either, definitely be back

Gorgeous hotel. Really friendly and helpful staff. Great food. Requested a high floor and was given a room on floor 10. Perfect. Have stayed at the Ambassador several times but first time since alterations. Love it. Stayed last week of March and weather great. Was able to easily find a sunbed. Would definitely recommend and can't wait to return.

Nice clean hotel all the staff are helpful the food was very good and well presented absolutely nothing to complain about.. It's right in the centre of all the fun and madness. Value for money was amazing.

The only drawback to the hotel was the loud music from the lounge bar at night, this did finish at midnight so it wasn't a concern for us, the scrapping of chairs being put back in place by staff was annoying as this started up around 1am and woke me up (when I was in bed that early 😂) Now I have to say I am being picky because this is a great hotel and I would stay again.

Beautiful hotel, food was amazing and the amount of variety of food was excellent. Great location to beach, markets, shops and bars right outside the door, never heard nothing at night even though the hotel is on the strip, a tip is to get City view instead of pool view. Great atmosphere. Will most definitely book again.

Absolutely nothing, staff were so friendly and helpful, the dining room was beautiful and dining staff were super efficient.
