I liked the location, it was close to the centre (about 10 minute walk), but not too close that it was noisy. Breakfast was good, most staff were friendly and the air con & pool were good. The shower was really powerful and bed was comfy. Good view, plenty of sun loungers at pool. Also indoor pool and sauna.

I have a fish allergy and majority of food contained fish. I asked a manager in the kitchen who didn’t seem to know what was free of fish. I checked the signs on the food and on the pasta it just said pasta and it turned out it contained tuna. There was not much I could eat at lunch or dinner in the hotel. The system for bar is also needing work as the staff have to walk around the entire area and look for the customer who purchased the food. A kettle in room would be good but I know this is different culture. The lifts are very slow. I ended up a lot of the time going up and down the 7 flights of stairs.

It was a nice hotel with a clean room and comfy bed. Cleaned daily unless You asked staff not to. Free bus to beach was really good and could pick this up at the same place to return to hotel. Hotel staff were efficient, friendly and helpful.

It was just a bit far out from the front if you wanted to walk but it did help having the free bus. We did know it was a bit further out when we booked, than we usually stay. We stayed in a hotel room. Would have liked to have had tea/coffee making facilities, just a kettle would suffice as there is a fridge I. The room

Friendly and clean hotel. Steady nice walk to the beach with bar stops on the way or a regular free shuttle bus. Fridge & hairdryer and aircon in the room. Good wardrobe size & hangers. Good shower. Entertainment in hotel, it wasnt a late bar but a good size inside & outside. Helpful reception team. 3 working lifts. Indoor pool & gym & facilities.

Pool was closed ( which was expected & is standard for time of year) but we couldn't sit in loungers by the pool when the sun was around there. (Limited sun area). Couldn't get a cup of tea/coffee before bar opened unless having the breakfast. A self service coffee machine in reception would be lovely next year please!

The reception staff were very kind and helpful. The bar was nice and swimming pool as well.

The food was in someway not as we expected. And it was very crowded sometimes. It happened with us that we saw some people were speaking Spanish, I saw they were counting the amount of food we eat, that was totally not accepted and out of decorum. Otherwise, everything else was quite nice at Pierre and Vacances and it is absolutely recommend. Safety, quietness and lovely view.

Great location with a bus running every ten mins if the hills are too much

Rooms are very clean and roomy. Staff are friendly. Big lobby. Hotel is facing south west, so morning sun is no problem. The gym is nice and the indoor pool is exceptional. Nice touch with fresh cold water bottle in the gym. The sauna is small but working well. Beautiful huge trees in front of the hotel.

The buffet in the morning, lunch and dinner is really below standards. The gym had broken or missing equipment. Elevators are really slow, can be quite a wait during rush hour. Some noise from the pool area, but not too bad.

Liked everything. Free bus as it's up a hill on the outskirts of town, so no crowd noise, a cold fridge for your beers and water, amazing shower, great shop on site what more is there...

A few more English TV channels but itv and itv2 will do. But there wasn't anything else bad about it really, would definitely stay here again.

Hotel interior and pool area were lovely, clean and well laid out. Room was great and beds comfortable, constant hot water and good shower, cleaned every day too. Staff in general were really nice and helpful, quick service and accommodating.

The only small negatives were there was no kettle/iron & nowhere on balcony to hand wet towels etc. We found it too be quite noisy also with lots of young groups shouting/banging in adjacent rooms and corridors.

The hotel is at the top of a really steep hill, the Hotel offers a free bus to the beach which is perfect but it finishes at 8.30pm it would be better if it was offer till 10pm

Beautiful hotel and gardens with large deep pool with poolside bar. Excellent breakfast menu, clean well appointed rooms with mini fridge. Lots to do, pity our stay was only a few days.

Car parking a bit on the expensive side 15 euro a night, hotel is at the top of the hill so be prepared for a hike or 5 euro in a taxi 👍
