Excellent location in a quiet area however not too far a walk from the more noisy parts. Very close to the beach. The pool area was relaxing to be in with plenty of loungers and space to move them around. The room was of good size and the balcony had a great view of the beach. The breakfast buffet had a great variety to choose from. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great value for money and a fantastic position. The rooms were kept clean and a good selection of food at breakfast.

One main thing. There was never any eggs and bacon at breakfast, the egg chef was a nasty person and almost went out of his way to make you wait and when I asked for him to cook me some bacon he actually got verbally abusive. When he did do some cooking the eggs were all broken and bacon undercooked or burnt. This guy has a massive attitude problem and would be more suited working behind closed doors in the kitchen. On his days off there was no problem, plenty of food and cooked to perfection. If I pay for something I expect it to be available as advertised not have to wait 25 minutes.

I like the laid back atmosphere in this hotel. It was more suitable for older people but we as a younger group still enjoyed our stay. The location was closer to the old town and there are many shops and cafes in the area. Location to the beach was also great. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Drinks and food in the hotel were good and reasonably priced. It was easy to get space around the pool and the fake grass was nice. This is a very chilled out and quiet hotel.

The breakfast was average and the room walls were very thin so I could hear people snore through the walls.

Good choice of food which was all cooked to a good standard. The location is excellent for the quieter end of the resort with bars and restaurants nearby. There is a large supermarket close by too. The outdoor pool is good although the info said it would be heated and it wasn't. The advice warning about nearby building work behind the hotel was useful although it was never an issue during our stay.

There is no facility to get an early morning or late evening hot drink. The hotel should provide a kettle, even if for an additional charge. It is difficult to get refreshments at the pool. There is no direct access from the bar so you have to encounter a security gate with your key and a flight of steps. The hotel do not enforce the rules in the pool area about playing music/noise.

We’ve stayed here quite a few times during December, just to get a short break with some sunshine and warmth before Christmas. It’s in the quieter part of Benidorm, which is perfect for us. All rooms have a lovely sea view and it’s a very pleasant walk in either direction . The staff are welcoming and efficient. There’s some entertainment for those who wish it.

Nothing. Only thing I would note is there are no tea & coffee making facilities in the rooms, but we work around that.

Very clean hotel, staff are friendly. Good activities during the day round the pool & lovely sea views. The food was amazing, something for everyone! Out of the way from the strip and very quiet stay, comfortable beds. Hairdryer and shower gels provided. Rooms cleaned everyday. There is a locked gate to the pool and you have to use you're hotel card to access which to us felt safe. Pool doesn't open until 9.30 as the cleaners are around checking the cleanliness ect, no fighting to put your towels down as there are plenty of beds. Good entertainment at night and reasonable prices at the bar. Would return! There is also a bus station about 10 mins away which cost us €8 to get there and we travelled to the airport via bus which cost €7.99 so if you haven't got a package deal I'd highly recommend returning to the airport via the bus.

The location was amazing, best of both worlds with pool and beach. It was in a quiet area with around 20 minutes walk to old town and 40 minutes to the strip. Some lovely restaurants nearby away from the mad side of Benidorm. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, eggs and bacon cooked to you liking. I liked how you have to use your key to enter the pool area and toilets, this ensures only residents can access it. Very quiet and predominantly older generation stayed here. Not suitable for young people. All rooms have a beautiful sea view. This hotel deserves a 4⭐️ rating. Best 3⭐️ I have ever stayed in.

I am struggling to find things I didn't like if I had to be picky, I would say the balcony is very small and no coffee or tea making facilities in the room.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and very helpful. All rooms have a sea view. We only had breakfast which we added on at the hotel and it was good quality with a decent selection well worth it. This is a family friendly hotel. Restaurants and cafea around are reasonable private and absolutely stunning food. Taxis are easy to get hotel are happy to call kne for you and was approx 5 euros to old town. You can get thw bus which is about a 5 minute walk up the hill to the 2nd island and qa 1.60 euros eacg

Downside to hotel is it is about a 30 minute walk to the new town so if you are wanting to experience the nightlife it's not for you. Therw was no toilets by the pool that I could see, so you would have to go through the foyer to the toilet however it might be that I just hadn't located them and I didn't ask.

Absolutely loved our stay, myself and a large group of friends all booked for 3 nights and left this morning very happy with the accommodation, excellent value for money and stunning sea views, we will be returning. Do not stay here if you purely want the hectic stay on top of the strip, this is a little more laid back BUT well within distance of all bars , clubs & restaurants. beautiful location.

If I was being overly critical, I would say that the breakfast is not great and could be improved but I feel the value for the hotel is very reasonable regardless so it compensated it for me.
