The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Location was perfect with easy access to the beach and nightlife. Staff at the hotel were very polite and friendly. The staff were also very attentive to our needs and were happy to help with anything we needed.

Walls are very thin and you can hear everything going on in other rooms. Towards the end of our stay a group of males arrived at the property and were shouting and fighting until 5am in the room above where they were staying. This was quite frightening. However the staff did everything they could to resolve the situation. Apart from that we really enjoyed our stay in now Benidorm

Excellent value for money. Staff were friendly and accommodating, very helpful as a girl travelling alone. Room was spacious and well equipped, shocked at the facilities for the price. Perfect location, the pool bar offered pizzas, drinks, well stocked vending machine and plenty of sun loungers. Would 100% stay again

Room did smell of cigarettes, but soon aired out! Pool area is very "concrete jungle" and you need to keep moving to stay in the sun! Could do with updated sun loungers and the pool was not cleaned in my 3 days so had lots of leaves and bugs in it! Pool bar only open certain days and hours, but I believe this was due to staffing.

The staff were very nice. I had no issues but there was an incident with some younger lads the staff handled this in a professional manor. It is important for guests to behave in a respectful manor but it is Benidorm as always the staff do their best.

If a bit more care was paid to the refurbishment work the rooms would look better. This property was refurbished recently.

We’re have stayed at Now Benidorm and really enjoyed our time here! The rooms are clean, the atmosphere is great, and the beds are incredibly comfortable - we have slept like babies! A special thanks to Nouceir at the reception for his warm hospitality, kindness, and professionalism. He truly made us feel welcome.

Everything about this place was spot on. Clean bed big rooms up the hill only a wee bit nothing major! Will definitely book again! Fantastic location! Amazing to put ur head down get washed changed and get back out to what benidorm has to offer! Staff were friendly and helped us with everything!

There was nothing not to like ur in benidorm enjoy benidorm. U don't go to beni to sit in ur hotel lol!

This hotel is eveything you need for a cheep weekend away , hotel was up to date and clean , staff are friendly & it doesn’t cost the world to stay there. Would highly recommend.

Only thing I would probably say is with us been there for 3 nights we didn’t have a maid in, which wasn’t a massive issue but would of been nice to have the room freshed up, & as a woman mirrors are a must and the only mirror was the one in the bathroom so maybe could do with another Mirror in the bedroom but other than that I can not fault this place.

Close to everything within walking distance. The music around the pool and apartments were good value for money and spacious. It was a good vibe there.

Toilets downstairs never had toilet paper and the two in the small bar had no locks on the doors. Our toilet leaked all the way out of the bathroom. But someone did come up and fix it.

Fantastic hotel, great location, lively pool/bar area ideal for a group. Rooms basic but nice and clean and perfect for the amount of time we planned on staying in them. Staff all really helpful and friendly, always in good spirits.

Fantastic value, ok it isn't one of the best hotels in Benidorm. But what it does lack in luxury it makes up with Super helpful staff, Comfortable beds and very clean. The reception team were super helpful. The cleaning team were also friendly and very nice.

Great location and amazing value for the price. Staff were very friendly and helpful and managed to get us in a room next to our friends who were already staying there! Room was very spacious and pool area was nice and well kept.
