Close to the beautiful beach (although it was not exclusive to the hotel guests), nice pool, tasty food, friendly staff.

Although the room was very tidy, main areas were not always that clean. Bathroom doors inside the room were made of glass and they were, let’s say symbolic (absolutely not soundproof). Although there is parking next to the hotel, it is also used by other people who come to the beach, so it is difficult to find a spot during the day. I liked the hotel but I would give it 3 stars instead of 4.

Best location in the area. Right on the seaside. Nice, renovated rooms. The spa is great, everything is working. (unlike to other hotels, where the sauna works only on request etc.). Big selection at dinner. The staff is very nice and friendly. I have to mention chef Jonathan who made gluten-free pasta for me each dinner. The food was better on the days he was there, he is the best!

Some part of the hotel would need renovation (like showers by the pool or mini-golf court) Breakfast is the same every day. Although the seletion is big from some sorts of products (like 10 different kind of hard cheese or ham) some diversification would be nice, for example soft chesses (mozarella, burrata, feta etc.) or salad. Gluten-free products not very good, and have to request it each time from the staff. The allergy information at dinner time is not always presented or not presented acurately. The gym could be bit bigger, and only one running machine (everyone wanted to use that), the other was not working.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely beachfront hotel with a stunning sea view. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, featuring a terrace overlooking the beach and the sea. The restaurant offered an impressive variety of dishes at both breakfast and dinner. The hotel is conveniently located close to Alcudia, with plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby, as well as charming promenades perfect for relaxing walks under the shade of pine trees. We also enjoyed the spa facilities; there is a very pleasant heated outdoor pool. There’s also an indoor spa, which we didn’t use as children were not allowed. Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel and well worth the price. Highly recommended!

The property was located in a great area, with very easy access to the beach and a garden area with sun beds available for hotel guests (with no extra charge). The breakfast was really good, lots of options and variety and wonderful staff. Beach towels are included and no extra price charged for this. There were also some nice restaurants nearby (I would recommend checking out Numa beach!).

I think for a 4 star hotel it would’ve been nice to be given hotel slippers, some coffee or tea and water included in the bedroom. Also the safe in the room required extra charge for usage (€15 for 7 days) which should be included in the charge for a 4 star hotel.

The staff were very good, very polite and helpfull all the time. The food was very good, great variety of meals especially at dinners. The hotel is very near to a beautiful beach. Also there were one heated pool outdoors, which was lovely for the children.

There were very few activities for the kids, so I would recommend this hotel for the couples, for elderly people (the majority of guests in this hotel were elderly people, of course it was not a problem at all). Also the breakfast was always the same. And at all our staying we couldnt get an iron, because the hotel probably jad only the one iron :D so it was impossible to get it.

All the staff were very friendly in the whole hotel. Especially the lady in the spa. She was there early in the morning and still had the same smile by the afternoon. She was very helpful and pleasant so an extra big thank you to her. The rooms were lovely and clean. The hotel was spotless clean,. A nice touch was the room had the heating on upon arrival as it is cold at the moment, so that proves great customer service to me, that they have thought ahead that you arrive to a nice warm room. (Thanks) The grounds were very clean and tidy, the location of this hotel is fantastic. I would highly recommend.

Everything was as expected. Congratulation to the entire staff of the hotel! 🙏❤️ It was great that the check out was at 12 o'clock in the afternoon, therefore we could spent more time on the beach, as we had the flight in the evening) You have 2 options for the sunbeds: the sunbeds on the beach - you have to pay for them thw sunbeds on the grass, right near the beach - for free. The swimming pool - it was great to have it. It was cleaned every morning. The rooms are cleaned everyday. (new towels, new bed linen) the bathroom is very large. Thank you, Groupotel Los Principes!

very rude member of staff, who chose to shout at us in reception in front of other guests, as we had opened our suitcase to put away our coats/jumpers on arrival from England-we were early and room wasn’t ready, would have been nice if he could have spoken to us quietly and suggested an alternative place to open our case-it was only a 2 minute job, we caused no offence - to anyone I’m sure by opening up a suitcase. not a very welcoming attitude to have. all other staff without exception were lovely. not really sure why masks had to be worn at breakfast, when everyone is using the same serving instruments to help themselves to breakfast, plus not all staff wearing masks.

Very good location close to the beach and only 10 mins taxi ride away from beautiful Alcudia old town. The staff were very helpful, including reception staff, hard working cleaning staff and friendly catering staff who provided a lot of information about gluten-free food options at the hotel, especially Head Chef Jonathan. Comprehensive buffet breakfast service was provided every day with high quality food. Generally a very clean hotel. Closeness to the sea was excellent with lots of pool and beach facilities including sunbeds, free beach towels and lunch/snack bar. Also tourist information facilities are available every day at the hotel, provided by TUI representatives. Overall a fantastic hotel and highly recommended.

I liked all the staff, they are very friendly and welcoming. I liked the bed and the pillow, I slept so Good. Even the first night😌 I usually sleep bad when I’m not at home. So that says ALOT!

I liked almost everything about the hotel, the staff🤩 The visitors are majority Germans. For some reason they were not friendly people. (I’m talking about the visitors that I meet) not all Germans. Me and my family felt uncomfortable, they were staring.. Imagine 80% of the people are giving you ugly looks, making sounds when you pass them or just staring while talking. I wish there were more friendly people there like the staff, they made our stay there wonderful! The cleaners were so nice, the spa staff.. Overall very nice service 10/10👌🏾
